The cab & storage area of truck were clean but the exterior of the truck needed a cleaning. Windshield was very dirty. The virtual check in was pretty cool. But, need better WiFi connectivity as had to go outside the building a couple of times to get email and download my drivers license during the checking in process

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulThis was a completely autonomous drop-off. All self-service w/virtual representatives via tv screen. Be prepared to do all the "work" yourself when dropping truck off. Lots of photos required. Not really that horrible of an experience, but not what I expected after driving 1000 miles and unloading the truck. All in all, the experience was positive.
Daniel OThe return Location had no one on site. There was only a virtual manager available by the computer in the office. Did not feel like a very secure place to leave the truck even though that’s what I was instructed to do.

SEKAHNI SThere was no live person to deal with, just a video. I was told to check-in the trailer on-line. How does that work? I was charged for extra days beyond the rental period, but I had explained a few days earlier I had been delayed by the winter storm over Texas. Nothing I could do about it … then here comes the receipt in email and personal discussion about circumstances. The whole experience was WEIRD.
