Don't leave the truck on empty when I pick up the truck and charge me when I return for not leaving it at half a tank when I got the truck on empty. Have friendlier on site managers.

The experience with this particular location was an absolute disgrace and I will never use the Uhaul company ever again because of it. In fact, the entire Midland-Odessa area of Uhaul facilities, and I had to communicate with quite a few of them, were of no help to me during my move. I pre-ordered moving equipment such as a couple of dollies and furniture pads and it was communicated they would be waiting for me in my truck. Not only was the equipment not in the truck, this location and apparently all of the locations in both Midland and Odessa didn't even have the equipment. I don't understand what the point of my ordering both my truck and the equipment in advance and paying in advance was if no one was ever going to verify the order and communicate with me. If I could give it all zero stars, I would.

The business was excellent. The only thing that I did not like was that the drop off location and phone number was not on the contract. I think this had more to do with the drop off location as it did with the pick-up location. The drop off location that I was given in the text that I received was not even the right location.
