Robin S.Although the tire straps were functional for the transport of my Camaro, they (The Straps) have enough ware and tear that they should be replaced. And a Hitch/Ball Safety Pin should be attached to the trailer instead of expecting a user to go find a pin that fits UHAUL trailer hitches. Except for these, the trailer rental was above excpectations. And the staff were very friendly. Herb
