Although the tire straps were functional for the transport of my Camaro, they (The Straps) have enough ware and tear that they should be replaced. And a Hitch/Ball Safety Pin should be attached to the trailer instead of expecting a user to go find a pin that fits UHAUL trailer hitches. Except for these, the trailer rental was above excpectations. And the staff were very friendly. HerbHerbert S.

Be more clear and be able to pull up contracts to avoid customer being charged for wrong location. These employees are not informed at all.Elyse S.
I called before returning to this location and was told no problem. When I got there the person acted as if they had no idea what to do with the trailer. I was even ask to take it to another location. The manager said it was ok and that he would send me a receipt in an hour or so. This was Monday, as of Friday, I had not received anything, except a call asking where the trailer was. It wasn't until Saturday that i got a receipt for the return. If your locations don't know how to handle returns, maybe they shouldn't be a U-Haul dealer.Darryl C.

Rented from only local location that had a 26 truck available. Long drive to get there. Used the truck, called the store, asked if I could return the truck to the U-Haul location much closer to home. Told "Sure, no problem, they will take care of the paperwork". Drove truck there. Got told I can leave it there, but there would be a $380 charge to do so! Had to drive to location I picked it up at. Because of that extra distance I paid MORE FOR MILEAGE AND GAS! NOT FAIR, I WAS NOT TOLD THERE WOULD BE SUCH A HUGE CHARGE! YOU OWE ME DUE TO THE INCOMPETENCE OF YOUR REPRESENTATIVE!!!John B.

Representative was late for scheduled appointment (out on lunch). After arriving later, he told me where the trailer was parked but did not offer to help attach the trailer. After I asked for his assistance, he helped but did not know how to attach the chains, wires, or ensure it was mounted fully on the ball. Had I not done this many times before myself, I'm afraid it would not have been done properly. Lastly I had to request a lights check for brakes, turn signal etc.Louis C.

The uhaul had so much damage to it and had no "x" stickers on it. This company dies not care for the property of uhaul. They should not be permitted to have a uhaul contract. The person who checked me on, went to move the uhaul and it was stuck between 2 trailers. He backed it up into a tree and then pulled it back forward and then got put and gave me the key telling me to get it out. The reason is because he could not do it. This is uncalled for. There was so much more new damage to the uhaul it would not let me load anymore pictures because I reached my limit on photos. Poor company and they do not care about uhaul product.Bryan R.
No uHaul signage. A lot of MVB Appliance signage. Woman at MVB said I will note it and walked away (without asking anything)...that is when we called uHaul. We wanted no responsibility for the truck due to to the area, lack of uHaul signage, lack of uHaul attention and felt unsafe.Eladio L.

The truck only went 40 miles per hour and 20 mph up hill. We missed our connections to have the truck unloaded. What should have been a 2 hr drive from Ocala Fl to Palm Bay Fl took 5 hrs. Called your customer service line, was on hold for 2 hrs during the drive. I will NEVER rent from your company again!!!Ronald W.

Off the beaten path and no signage drove by and didn't know it was a uhaul cost me extra gas to go back when I took to the wrong location as I couldn't find itDawn K.
Trailer has not been well maintained. Right rear turn signal was not working. Also trailer did not track well, even at 55, sway was unacceptable. Turned a 17 hour drive into over 24 hours. I have a lot of experience with trailers, so it wasn't loading or driver error.Frank M.

They did not do a truck walk through before or after drop off. Did not verify milage or gas before and didn't want to do it after until I insisted. Did not ever sign any sort of paperwork nor even got any until I asked for it at the end of drop off. Had an issue with the amount of what I was charged and they had no idea so I called customer service and they got it handled for me. I was charged 20.00 extra. Rent Uhauls all the time and this was a bad experience for me.mykel J.
