Alan CIn advance, I rented a handtruck and moving blankets. When I arrived to the location to pick the truck, handtruck, and blankets, I was told that they didn't have any handstrucks and blankets.
Lisa YThe cargo van was low on gas. It was at less than 1/8 tank, closer to empty. (I took images of the gas gauge). I had to refuel right away. The tire pressure warning light was on. Not to mention, the whole online self-registration was frustrating to say the least. The liquor store attendant was not very helpful. I had to figure everything out on my own. Apparently the system was down on his end. I had to self-check in. What a hassle. The attendant asked for the odometer reading when I got back, but there was NO odometer that I could see on the dashboard! All I could see was "rear tire needs air" writing. I forget the exact wording and did not take a pic, but there was no odometer. I didn't have time to put air in the tire and drove it in that condition. Luckily, nothing happened, and I was able to return the van in time with MORE gas than when I started. The liquor store attendant said that I would be receiving a bill when I handed him the keys. He didn't check me out or provide any paperwork when I returned the van. He very dismissively said I would be receiving a bill. And that was it. The whole experience, sorry to say, was awful. Don't know if I would do it again. How do I know I wasn't overcharged?
