The owner is a thief. Very unethical way of doing business. Charged me for extra gas, cleaning fee and night service when none of it was applicable. Uhaul should investigate him.

Julie A.Never heard back on my email about an overcharge for gas. Contract #23604552 Email: Looking at this receipt and why am I being charged for 8 gallons of fuel when I only drove 25 miles!? I didn't leave the truck on idle to use that amount of gas. The truck just wasn't filled before my use. Please adjust the charge. I am not responsible for the driver before me, nor personnel, failing to fill it up before my rental.
