the location was great, haul rental on line was the worst thing I have ever done, not only took 40 min to get vehicle took another 40 to check it in, then it took 4 days to get a receipt from haul, would never recommend on line from haul to anyone ever.

Went to pickup the unit and the guy running it sent out with a customer. Was sent to New York I reserved the car trolley the night before. They tryed to find one and did 80 miles away. Asked for a upgrade a 20 dollar difference. The guy would not do the upgrade. And then spent half a hour on hold waiting for a solution. In between that time I just cancelled the reservation. Due to the fact that had a guy waiting to fix my jeep at a shop. After half hour of waiting clicked the zero button got a different girl. She was out of the Tennessee office. She set up the car transport and said would get back the money for the rental and hassle with a additional 50. It took her 3 mins to fix what took a guy and a half hour wait in hold in the Denver office could not do. Would not recommend the location to anybody. Truly this whole event was a total mess may bbn it use uhaul again.

Your software for us Online use, your app, and the Moving Help software are pre-1980. They confuse orders and credits and make it very difficult to view order receipts. Study Amazon for a week and then start over from scratch.

I was sent to three different locations to pick up a truck I scheduled. I was not told about the online check in and spent an hour dealing with your online Check in and verification....it was the worst experience I’ve EVER had renting equipment.

The verification process was not good. They asked for two contacts to verify etc, however, I had no idea they were going to ask this and one of the two people I gave them didnt answer so they initially denied my rental. 45 minutea later they verified my rental. Returning it using the 24/7 app was just as tedius. Then I get charged an additional 59.95 for a 29.99 Rental that I only had for 5 hours and only drove 17 miles. Which made my 71.00 Rental into almost double what I was quoted. I sent an Email requesting information. On the charges and I got nothing in return. I am severly dissapointed in Uhaul 24/7 process. The gentlemen at Westview Automotive was spectacular. Your 24/7 Rental process on the other hand is so bad I would go else where for a rental.

I've never had to return a truck to the same location that I got it from, when previously renting from U-Haul. Of course, this added extra mileage=more money. From now on, I'll be sure to get my truck from an actual U-Haul facility.

The attendant was courteous and helpful. The only issue was I was told my gas charge would be $20, but instead was $29. Not a big issue, but....

I have never had a better Uhaul experience than with Rodney at this location. He was welcoming, friendly, thorough, and a valuable credit to your business. My wife and I have never towed a car with a Uhaul, so we were a little nervous, but Rodney expertly hooked it up for us and made me feel confident in our 850 mile drive. Could not have wished for a better experience.

Terrible return process. Nobody was there. Had to go to several other locations before I could return the trailer. Absolutely never renting from uhaul again.

The return process was very easy, I was in and out in less than 10 minutes; however, after 2 weeks, the person had not logged the equipment return into the computer. This resulting in U-Haul (corporate) sending me an email to ask me where the equipment was. This caused quite a bit of stress for me since the implication was that I was going to be held financially responsible. Once I went back in to the return location and reminded him to log the return, he did so and the situation has been resolved.

Provide a clean truck to begin with and then don't charge me a cleaning fee after I return it. Reserving and picking up my truck online with App never made it clear I was to fuel up the truck upon return. I assumed that was included in mileage charge. Why do you charge mileage but don't include fuel in that rate?

Guy insisted on hooking the trailer up, didn't tighten the ball latch and it came undone while loading the car. Could've unhooked while driving, dangerous.

Dropped 20' truck off on Monday 8/27 was told that I could not receive any confirmation of return as they were busy with other issues. Four days later a charged showed up on my credit card for a cleaning fee of $40. Truck was swept out and clean with more fuel then when picked up! No notification of charge prior to charging the card. Called U-haul and am currently waiting on a manger of some sort to return my call. Really poor business model. I have no idea or control of what was done with the truck for the past 4 days! Any additional charges must be addressed when dropped off not a week later. The truck cab and box were clean when dropped off, This feels like a scam at the local store level which was dirty and cluttered operating as a mechanic shop.

The location was difficult to find, the office was disorganized, and the whole place seemed dirty. Given the employees, I don't think the location can be brought up to cleanliness standards that I have come to expect from more professionally managed locations.

The smaller truck we rented - I was charged for a clean up on. When my friend Carolyn picked it up, it was dirty and dusty inside and then both trucks had to have the windshields and windows cleaned as they were pretty dirty. I just don't understand why I was charged with the clean up when that is how we picked it up???

I called a day after I returned the trailer to check to see if they processed the return and he didn't even know it was there. He transferred me to Uhaul customer service. I sat on the phone for 30 minute while they worked with this site to check it in.

I rented an auto transport from this location. Received quick and great service. Owner/manager guided me back to the trailer and connected lights, safety chains and ensured hitch was secure. I pre-registered online. In and out in 15 minutes. Drop off was even faster. Great place to rent from.

Honor your agreement to pay $50 inconvenience fee when someone screws up and doesn't have your truck ready for the day and time you have scheduled. Whomever from customer service, contacted the manager regarding my complaint and made excuses.. while i was picking up my truck two days after they cancelled my original reservation. I had to cancel my son's birthday party, pay extra for storage, and was dealt a tremendous amount of anxiety and panic in trying to move by myself post surgery because my movers were scheduled two days before i could get another truck. I was not able to sleep and moved things for nearly the entire 24hrs i had reserved the truck. I also had to pay extra mileage because use iud truck needs escalated because the timing was not as planned. I've used uhaul for every move, never any issues. Im still awaiting proper customer service. To address this issue. Please do the right thing here guys..

We returned our truck to this location without them having prior knowledge that we would do so. They were very friendly and told us it was not a problem. They looked us up in the system, went over the truck and items we rented and had us finished and checked out in no time.

I rented a truck for my son. He had a friend that needed to show up to help who was a a bt late. He called to communicate twice about this and they were courteous and not rude about it even though we had stated a pickup time and it was a busy season for them renting out their trucks. Overll great experience.

Tried to drop off at U-Haul facility on Heron St. Northglenn Colorado but was told "we don't accept u-haul trailers here only u-haul trucks. Apparently this location has received a lot of complaints...I suggest taking the time to evaluate the complaints/rudeness.

We were put in a very tight situation because The truck we reserved was not there. We had to go an extra hour and a half to get the truck for our move. What’s the point of reservation!

Initial interaction with web site: it crashed. We were contacted and offered our choice of vehicle at a location far away (and through a traffic jam). we were told it was 4.3 miles away: wrong. We called back and you recovered, getting us a vehicle close to our location with a fair price.

I was charge for two days rental, when I made my reservation I had the trailer being picked up at 5pm and returning at 11am next day unfortunately I had to change my cargo trailer to a enclosed trailer, I call U-Haul they told me no problem that one was available at the same location where my original request had been done, well as I was on my way to pick up my rental I received a call from U-Haul I was unable to answer the call but I called back with two minutes, they left me a voice mail telling me that I needed to drive the opposite way to,pick up my rental as the one I had made the change was no longer available. Well when I called back U-Haul I waited for 15 minuets because they did not know where or who made that call, not until i was upset that they finally told me that yes I needed to drive to another location to,pick up the rental. And then I get slapped with a two day rental. I will be disputing my charges with my bank. This is why when in need of a truck I always go with Penske they don’t give you the round and the equipment is available where to made your reservation.
