You need to explain when picking up and dropping off a truck in an e mail how to do it with the phone . We drove up and the place was closed , we didn't know what to do . We had no clue until I called , also if we didn't have phones it would of not worked .Timothy S.

My husband had a broken foot and had to unload this 5x8 cargo trailer by himself. The gentleman running this location would not come out and help him remove the 5x8 cargo trailer because he didn't want to let the dog out. This was a horrible experience!Kristi S.

We didn't receive both furniture dollies that we had requested. Location was harder to find.Jacob P.
Man at rental facility would not let us check in, said he closed already. Uhale never said facility would be closed at pickup. Took us over 30 minutes to get thru phone and get help to use app. Thank God for Christy to walk us thru (after being disconnected one with other rep). Paid for a appliance dolly, but left in truck was utility dolly. Oh and man was there for 30 minutes before he left and could've just helped us. No customer service from this place and will never recommend!Corey M.
The person who helped me out wasn't the friendliest person and also tried to guilt me for not filling up the gas tank even though when I received the truck it was nearly half full, which I did record upon receiving the truck. I'm not taking a trip to the gas station to fill up what I didn't use, which would've put more miles on the truck to take that extra trip. I used it for less than 20 miles and barely made a dent in gas, which I was totally fine paying for but it didn't make sense that I was asked to fill it all the way up. If everyone who used it before me didn't fill it up, doesn't make it my responsibility to do it and pay extra . I gave the truck back in the exact condition it was given; the cabin had stains and wasn't clean, and the truck itself was way out of alignment which made it hard to drive at some points/speeds. Overall not the best uhaul experience I've had and most likely would not go through this location again.Isaiah S.
I am very thankful that the owner at this location was so accommodating and helpful because Uhaul messed up my online reservation. I was supposed to be able to do a 24/7 pickup but when I arrived at my location the app would not let me do that and said I had to wait for the location to open. I tried calling the main number and there was well over an hour wait. This was very disappointing.Michael K.

Stop trying to send me to other locations. This location is the only decent one in a 25 mile radius for uhaul. I was forced to use another location at the beginning of the year and they were the worst at huron and 106th.Christina D.

The owner Roger was rude the way he acted mad when I asked him to help with checking out the truck in the morning. When I returned it in the evening, he rudely told me to call the u-haul 1-800 number to to check it back in. I've rented from other u-haul locations in the area and my advice is to avoid this facility.STEVEN O.

Took an hour to get the uhaul picked up, was told the key was in the glove box, but the truck did not have a glove box and the key was nowhere to be found. The location was closed so I was unable to get help that way. Through the chat feature someone was finally able to help switch me to a new truck but it wasted a lot of my time.Ian R.
The vehicle that I picked up both doors would not close properly so while I was driving and it was raining I got soaked because the doors don't shut all the way.Andrew K.

After completing my rental I tried to use the website to return the trailer I had rented. It showed that I had no rentals when I logged in. I called the customer support number and was told the wait would be 20 minutes. I did not have the time to wait so I took pictures of the trailer and left. I then waited for over 30 minutes for a phone rep and once the rep got on the phone I was told they could not help me because I had left the location. I then asked the rep to please let the service station know that I tried to "self check in" my trailer and she said NO, I could call them in the morning and ask for them not to charge me the $20 even though Uhaul's app not showing my rental. I did not have time to call the next morning and was charged the additional $20 dollars. Not very impressed by the customer service rendered by the phone rep.OSCAR C.

I realize that it was Christmas Eve. I was not told that the business was going to only be open until 1000. I made it there at 930, as I had pre-paid for a full days rental. I was not told that there would be an extra $20 fee for â€œreturningâ€ after business hours. I made this reservation well in advance as the location could have simply cancelled if this was the case as again, I was not told and there were other places that were open, including the location where I had my wiring done. I will. It rent from this location again. I understand it's Christmas Eve, but it is the location's responsibility to update hours and make it clear that there will be extra fees that should match the online system.Matthew R.
