Store was not open as stated online. Had to drop off trailer then make several calls to ensure that U-Haul was aware that I had returned the trailer. In addition there were no stores open Saturday afternoon or Sunday to return trailer.

Convenience store and gas station. Had to push trailer into spot through snow-covered parking lot.
JERI FThe clerk at the location was new and did not know how to perform the rental. She had to call the location's owner, who was in India, to help me. Spent 20 minutes on the phone with him doing the check-out process.
