I had several issues with my uhaul rental starting with the original location not having a Uhaul for me after booking a reservation. Then I was told I would have to drive 30 miles away to pick one up, and I was told to be there by 9, when I got to the pick up location, I found out that they did not open until 11. Uhaul did remedy the issues by discounting it, but it still put me massively behind schedule.
