The app kept lagging for check in/check out and the gentleman at the mart was super helpful and quickly got it sorted for me. He made the process very smooth

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulOdometer reading was lower at start of trip than what I was invoiced for - I addressed this with the staff numerous times and was told it would be dealt with, but it was not. That is fraud!
Joseph HThe alternate pick up location was not clear, I thought I had booked at the main store. The clerk at the main store did a poor job of trying to explain where the alternate store was. I was not expecting it to be at a convenience store. Very unusual. The van itself was dirty inside and smelled of cat urine. So overall not too impressed. The vehicle should be cleaned between rentals as needed for the next customer.
Laurena MGreat customer service, thanks!
Jocelyn PThe Seylynn Mart location was a lifesaver after a rental at the nearby U-Haul was bungled due to U-Haul's terrible app and poor phone service for self-checkin. Seylynn Mart was able to provide a van on very short notice and saved our plans since we had two major moves to do on Vancouver Island the next day. Thanks!
