The extra insurance cost of $16 was added to my contract even if I reclined it. After location is closed, there is no street parking for over 2 hours close by. I wanted to leave the vehycle there after hours but parking is not available. The underground parking requires a key to open the gate, which I was not provided.

Excellent customer service
Brian T.There was used underwear and clothing in the uhaul when we went to pick it up. We got yelled at by the security guard of the parking garage. We had to personally dispose of the clothing and underwear to avoid being in trouble with the security guard. We would like to receive a discount for the inconvienience. Can provide pictures if necessary.
