Considering all the aggravation, I had to deal with when I picked up the truck, not having the correct code no correct number to get a hold of anyone making me late for work because of the extra aggravation as deserve some type of credit

Egbert BThe Truck was disgusting and smelled of severe body odor when I picked up the truck, but I was stuck with it because it was a lock box location with no one on site. I had declined the $15 insurance due to having great auto insurance, bit was still charged by the vendor and when called the listed phone number and asked about the Military 15% discount he said he could not apply it and I would have to deal with Uhaul at a later time. This was a horrible rental experience and I definitely would not recommend this location to anyone.
