The customer service was atrocious. First the preferred pick up location changed last minute and added 42 miles and 50 min to my trip. You stole this money (from the e tea miles) from me. The guy in charge of the pick up never met me in person and made the entire processs over the phone. It took 45 min for me to leave the location with the truck. No requested equipment was inside the truck and none of available at the location. The fuel tank was empty. The guy, who barely could articulate coherent sentences in English (did you hire illiterate people?), kept blaming U-Haul for everything badmouthing the company instead of taking ownership of the problems. Just empty and clumsy apologies. The cherry on the sundae: he LIED to me when he told me that I would've refunded by any fuel I left on the gas tank.PAULO M.

I was charged for 3 days when I had the truck for only 2 days. I was charged .99 cents per mile when I was quoted .69 cents per mile. I was charged $42 for insurance which I didn't select nor sign for. I reached out to the owner several times via text and phone call without success. She was initially very nice and responsive and I had no reason to not do any business with her, really friendly actually but the way the charges were structured was very strange and deceptive. I am hoping that she reaches out to me so I can get my refund or I'll try to escalate this further.MICHEL T.
The truck had many things wrong with it. The gas was on empty so I had to get gas before it could even be used. The truck overall was in poor shape and the lift gate was broken and needed two people to bring it up and down. The customer service was terrible. We will not be renting from this location or even uhaul ever again. I will be filling a complaint with my credit card company.Chris H.

The pickup location changed the drop off location from what I originally selected without notification so when it came time to drop off the truck I went to the wrong location across town. When I realized the mistake it took me an hour to get to the new location and I drove past it several times, not realizing I was looking for a daycare, not a U-Haul drop off point. So because I was 2 hours late and 2/16 of a tank short on gas (because daycares don't have gas stations but somehow have U-Haul drop off points) I was charged an additional $80.Larry F.
