I did not enjoy my experience. I called ahead of time to change my reservation time. The woman on the phone confirmed the change and said everything was fine. When I arrived at the store I was told my reservation was deleted. They had a van but it needed to be returned by 9:30am instead of the 6pm I had arranged earlier. I asked if I could at least get a discount considering I'm paying for a full 24hs and only getting a fraction of that. I was told no and if I returned the van late I would be charged an extra day. My mother was in town (I see her once a year) and I had planned a whole day for us but had to rearrange everything to accommodate the earlier drop off time. I believe because I am a black woman the clerk decided I didn't deserve the same quality of service as anyone else. So I will not use Uhaul again and I won't be recommending it to people.

The trailer seemed very rundown, lots of dings and dents, the outside was faded and cracked, after we left and checked the trailer's lights we noticed one of the brake lights was out though we were told when we picked it up they were working.

The recommendation about the size of the truck was totally inaccurate. I move a two bedrooms app in a 17' truck (recommended by uhaul website) and the truck was way too small to fit in all the stuff.

More personnel at check in/out counter in the AM, one person in AM, normally a busy time for pick up, is not enough, it creates a line four deep waiting, which turns into a 30 - 40 min wait.

I reserved a van but the shop never opened even though it was supposed to, I had to call in and move my reservation to another location, I lost an hour and a half dealing with this situation and nobody seemed to care. The phone customer service lady was awsome and immediately helped , that was the only positive thing and that's why you get a two star

I had safety issues with vehicle. The turn signals did not function properly. I rented for 2 days. The first day they did not work it was dangerous making lane changes. Also the abs light was on and the brakes squeaked and felt low. I was given one day credit but the lady who worked there said it was the key was not the right key it was from another vehicle and that if I turned the key back and ignition switch backward it would work with no problems with the turn signals. If somebody knew that they should have the vehicle fixed instead of putting me and my wife in danger. We had a couple near accidents because I had to depend on my mirrors only to make lane changes. So make sure that your staff lets maintenance know that there is a problem with vehicle and have it fixed before you risk a customer's life.

Almost a week after dropping off the truck I'm still getting emails and phone calls that show I've never turned the truck in. Endless phone calls with numerous UHaul people and this particular location just can't seem to resolve the situation. I've spent HOURS on the phone! It's been a really a huge irritating situation - as if moving isn't already stressful enough. Somebody at this location dropped the ball - and I'm the one who is being tortured as a result. Ridiculous

The truck we were given had many dents and scrapes. In order to record them all I just had to take photos. Also, the mileage per gallon seems rather expensive. Also, I had no idea we were required to pay for gas until I went to pick up the truck. This location also has no customer parking and that would have been nice to know ahead of time.
