Charged my card for a reservation I made over the phone. Then went in and they claimed my card wasn't charged. Then attempted to swipe it 3 more times. So I got all these charges on my card. That better be cleared by Tuesday!!

My wiring for the trailer lights was not working properly and everyone was incredibly helpful and polite. They replaced the equipment in a few short minutes and I was on the road. I have used this location several times in the past and always have a great experience. Thank you to Matt (manager's name?) and his staff!!!

I did everyting on line so I would be able to leave quickly, however, they were slower than Molasses. Even after i told them we were in a hurry - seem to take even longer!

You did great! Staff went out of their way to be helpful, yet everything moved fast. For example I had just renewed my Driver's License on line and the new one hadnt arrived yet inthe mail.The lady working with me guided me to get the info on line showing my license had been renewed and we were able to solve the issue quickly.

I used the self pick up option at this location, and it was terrible. I got multiple emails confirming my truck rental and pick up at 6am, but when I got to the location, it was closed and the smartphone app that you are instructed to download would only give me a phone number to call. Which I later found out was a manager of the branch. I called the number provided, and left a message, but never got a returned call. I made several calls to U-Haul customer service, and although they were able to find my reservation without a problem, there wasn't anything they could do from over the phone to get the keys in my hand. There were two lock boxes out front, so I assume that's where keys would have been if the location actually followed through with their upcoming reservations. Needless to say, I waited outside for over an hour, and when they finally opened, the keys given to me were behind the desk. Which means...the self pick up option was never going to work at this location, and it was not planned for a self pickup. The staff was not unpleasant, but the experience was the worst I've ever had at a U-Haul.

I purchased the dolley, was told it was in the van. Then went outside with the worker to check for damages on the van and got distracted so I forgot to ask for he dolley, then I got to my destination and never had it. Went back to get it and parking lot was so full I could not even turn in. Who do I call to get a refund on the dolley?

Worst U Haul experience ever. One shining star was Aimee signing up. My Truck battery was dead and truck broke down 50 yes from U Haul location getting gas. After waiting for a while for somebody to help the person couldn’t jump the truck with cables. Manager VERY RUDE. Name is Matt.Told me I could nt close my contract until truck was back at depot. I told him after 45 min I was leaving and called customer service to complain.. Like I said before....HORRIBLE experience and will not be using IHaul again. Other choices out there. I recommend you make Aimee manager of that branch.

Really great staff at this location. I rent regularly for musical gigs. I always use this location specifically because of the staff there.

I was Overcharged on fuel after we refueled to the same level as pickup. The gas station is 100 yards from the drop off. Gauge was just barely below 7/8 when dropped off as it was at pick up. The receipt I was emailed says it was returned at 3/4 tank. Not true. Getting an agent to assist with help with this issue took way longer than it should have. Get stuck on Hold for 5 min. Get an agent. And they can not even find my contract. Get transferred. Hold again for another 9 Min. She filed some claim. So I have to wait to see what happens. 20+ min of my wasted time to fix something that should have been correct in the first place. Also, vehicle was of a low standard of clean. The pick up was convenient. The rep was nice. The drop off was convenient. That experience was good. But misrepresenting the fuel level is an issue.
