I was Overcharged on fuel after we refueled to the same level as pickup. The gas station is 100 yards from the drop off. Gauge was just barely below 7/8 when dropped off as it was at pick up. The receipt I was emailed says it was returned at 3/4 tank. Not true. Getting an agent to assist with help with this issue took way longer than it should have. Get stuck on Hold for 5 min. Get an agent. And they can not even find my contract. Get transferred. Hold again for another 9 Min. She filed some claim. So I have to wait to see what happens. 20+ min of my wasted time to fix something that should have been correct in the first place. Also, vehicle was of a low standard of clean. The pick up was convenient. The rep was nice. The drop off was convenient. That experience was good. But misrepresenting the fuel level is an issue.

Even though I inputed all my driver info, credit card info, etc. the night before to speed my wait time, it still took almost 15 min because the machine wouldn't "wake up" and was not ready to swipe my card. Another attendant tried and finally got it to work. The Attendant outside insisted we look for dents and mark them on the sheet had a bit of an attitude. I would not go there again.

I will never use UHAUL again. First of all they didn't have my reservation so they said they would give me a $50 credit which would have been fine but now I have 4 transactions on my credit card from them, all different amounts that I never authorized payment for, and it caused my credit card to overdraft. Also none of those charges were a refund. Absolutely ridiculous.

You need to tell all the people inside uhaul drop off area to leave I not looking to get people to work for me. I need a safe place to pick-up/ drop off not to be asked if I need someone to work for me about 5 to 10 people .

He charged me for insurance and hoped I wouldn't notice. After I noticed, he said I requested insurance when I reserved the truck, but I didn't. Then he told me that the gas tank was full and I had to return it that way. Then as I was about to leave, I noticed that the tank was below the 7/8 mark.

I want to commend the staff for their honesty. I rented a truck on September 14. The passenger side mirror came unglued while I was driving, fell off and broke. I had not taken the insurance package. When I returned the truck and explained what happened, the representative checked with a supervisor who confirmed the number for the truck I rented, and then told the representative that a mechanic had recently installed the mirror with tape only, not with a bracket. I was not charged anything additional. That encounter impressed me and I will recommend this U-Haul location for its service.

Your trucks, I would assume, are for inexperienced truck drivers. Mirrors are important to be functioning properly, and the right side view mirror was not functioning properly. It drooped.

People at this location was excellent. Accommodating and kind. We need to pick up the truck at the closest location possible so that's what we tell our friends. Canyon Country location(Santa Clarita) failed to do so and we had to drive an hour fighting the morning traffic for the pick up. It's a waste of time for the busy moving schedule. They had a week to arrange this, and no apology or compensation from Canyon Country.

My comment is not only for location but for UHaul it self, I have reservation to Glendale but last minute, I just access the web, I was informed that the pickup was from North Hollywood. According to customer support somebody from UHaul called me. I did not received any calls from UHaul. This is unorganized UHaul and and been shouldered additional miles from me to pickup the truck. Since you are the only company available for moving, I hope there is another one competition so that moving company will improve and not just relying on you guys.
