I was very displeased with the fact that I rented a van at 8:30am on 7/7/2020 and returned it at 5:30pm on 7/8/2020 and was charged for a total of 3 days when I didn't even keep it for 48 hours. I literally only had it for a total of 33 hours. Seems a bit unfair to me.
Brady and Say helped to make what started as a stressful return pleasant. We had lots of problems getting a drop off location, after the original location said not to bring it to them, they were full. We had to call several times to get a location where we could drop off the rental. Finally Wesley Hinton was able to help us to set up an appropriate location.
I don't even know where to begin. Have someone call me because it's too much to type.
When you send out a customer and say it has approximately 3/4 of a tank and you drive 214 miles at $.89 cents a gallon and you replace the fuel you used and they come back and ding you for 5 fucking gallons at $4.99 a gallon is horseshit and I will never use U-Haul again or will I recommend you ever again. GOOD RIDDANCE!! $278.00 and I had truck for 5 hours.!!!!
The operator seemed put off to have to work with Uhaul. It seemed to impose on his other operation.
Hello, I did not order furniture pads and there was not furniture pads in the truck anyways. I did rent a Dolly but there was not a dolly in the truck. So I have been overcharged $17.00.

Very easy turn in process.
Acknowledge customers. I probably waited about 10 minutes before anybody looked at me. And when I said it was for uhaul, he said it's going to be a while and walked off. To turn the rental in, I also waited about 10 minutes with no acknowledgment before just doing it on my phone.
Go over the truck in better detail. The person on site was too busy with oil change customers to go over the truck with me
I was charged for 50 miles when I only drove 30 miles. I didn't know this until I received my information in the e-mail. I wrote down the miles when I got in the truck and when I returned . I had told the young man putting down 50 miles would be ok, but I didn't drive fifty miles.

Have the correct tools to lift and move trailers. Don't ask the customer to help you to connect the trailer to the hitch because it is too heavy for 1 person to lift.
Disappointed with truck. Most uncomfortable seat, could not adjust to find a comfortable driving position. No power door locks or power windows. No power mirrors. Could not adjust mirrors to desired positions.

You could have my guaranteed equipment at my guaranteed location instead of chasing me all over town to three locations to get my truck
It's a mechanic shop and they don't want to do u haul I needed to connect the trailer to my truck myself They said I need to wait for them to do it And it wasn't gonna be less than 25 minutes And I returned the trailer 1 hour before the 24 hours cycle and I needed to unhook trailer myself again They said they they are busy at thi time They will check in the trailer in an hour I don't need to wait Then next day I got charged for the second day because they check in the trailer fallowing day It was a first and last time to rent from them
The service was quick both on dispatch and receive.
Very good service from the guy that helped me. Parking my car was a little bit of a problem, but they worked it out. Only thing I didn't like was they told me where my truck was parked and I had to pull it out. They didn't pull it out and bring it up front for me. Also, when I returned it a few hours later they told me to put it back in the parking spot. That was a little low class, but not a deal breaker for me. Overall I was happy.
The person in charge (I think the manager) was extremely rude, I honestly think he hates doing the U-Haul part. He was rude at pick up and worst at return, he didn't even go outside when there wasn't any customers in the waiting area at all, than he charged me for an extra night hoping I wouldn't notice, when I did and confronted him about it, he said it was nothing he could do and that I had to call the 1 800#. I will never consider going back to this location!
There needs to someone dedicated to the desk to minimize the wait time for service. Overall pretty good customer service experience.
Trailer was clean, but had almost no brake fluid, so had very little brake function. Employees very busy with main business, had to wait 25 mins to check in and uncouple the trailer.
I was a bother to the personnel, no inspected the equipment with me and I had to hook the trailer myself. No safety inspection, no one else was around. Will never go back to this location again, would rather drive out of my way next time. One of the rear lights were not working, but did not have it fixed as it would have been too big of an inconvenience to the staff.
Hair on seats, cigarette ash all over the interior, and overly sprayed down with Green stuff or something. Van had under 6000 miles on it and smelled like a old worn out vehicle. THEN when I returned it the APP wanted to make sure I Left it clean even though it was filthy when I got it. I have rented this same style Van from Millers twice in the last month down the street and it smelled like a new vehicle and was clean. I had to live with this smell for 5 hours moving my daughter.. thanks for that.
