Have the correct tools to lift and move trailers. Don’t ask the customer to help you to connect the trailer to the hitch because it is too heavy for 1 person to lift.

It’s a mechanic shop and they don’t want to do u haul I needed to connect the trailer to my truck myself They said I need to wait for them to do it And it wasn’t gonna be less than 25 minutes And I returned the trailer 1 hour before the 24 hours cycle and I needed to unhook trailer myself again They said they they are busy at thi time They will check in the trailer in an hour I don’t need to wait Then next day I got charged for the second day because they check in the trailer fallowing day It was a first and last time to rent from them

Very good service from the guy that helped me. Parking my car was a little bit of a problem, but they worked it out. Only thing I didn't like was they told me where my truck was parked and I had to pull it out. They didn't pull it out and bring it up front for me. Also, when I returned it a few hours later they told me to put it back in the parking spot. That was a little low class, but not a deal breaker for me. Overall I was happy.

The person in charge (I think the manager) was extremely rude, I honestly think he hates doing the U-Haul part. He was rude at pick up and worst at return, he didn’t even go outside when there wasn’t any customers in the waiting area at all, than he charged me for an extra night hoping I wouldn’t notice, when I did and confronted him about it, he said it was nothing he could do and that I had to call the 1 800#. I will never consider going back to this location!

There needs to someone dedicated to the desk to minimize the wait time for service. Overall pretty good customer service experience.

Trailer was clean, but had almost no brake fluid, so had very little brake function. Employees very busy with main business, had to wait 25 mins to check in and uncouple the trailer.

I was a bother to the personnel, no inspected the equipment with me and I had to hook the trailer myself. No safety inspection, no one else was around. Will never go back to this location again, would rather drive out of my way next time. One of the rear lights were not working, but did not have it fixed as it would have been too big of an inconvenience to the staff.

Hair on seats, cigarette ash all over the interior, and overly sprayed down with Green stuff or something. Van had under 6000 miles on it and smelled like a old worn out vehicle. THEN when I returned it the APP wanted to make sure I Left it clean even though it was filthy when I got it. I have rented this same style Van from Millers twice in the last month down the street and it smelled like a new vehicle and was clean. I had to live with this smell for 5 hours moving my daughter.. thanks for that.

Not anything to do with the locations. We had a tire issue on the interstate. John Bailey spotted us on his way home and stopped and replaced the tire before your call center could dispatch someone. He's awesome in our eyes. Dropping the trailer was an issue. I had to go to three different uhaul locations before they would accept the return. Not good business.

First I was charged too much and was told it couldnt be changed, I told him to back space. The truck had the oil light on and used more fuel Im sure. I went 35 miles. There was no odometer showing so I clocked it on my phone. They said I went 52 miles and charged me the 10.45 more. They said they never do refunds even if you have too many miles estimated. They said if I have issues take it up with UHAUL. It was like pulling teeth. This was my second time there and LAST

make it clearer where you can return the truck there is more parking in the uhaul storage area, while parking a large truck would be very difficult if you tried to do it directly on the Grease Monkey lot

Sales rep stated because I returned the vehicle at 3:01 not 3:00 which was what the reservation was for. They charged me for another full day which is ridiculous.

This location has lack of integrity. First they come to your vehicle before you can even park. Second and more important we told in advance that we would return the Cargo Van after two o'clock Sunday afternoon after Church Service. Well that was never communicated to the Sunday staff. They told us rental to come into office and let them know to be charged for one day. But the staff came out and they will take care of everything. But now now being charged two days due to the lack of communication. Never want to rent from this location ever again

An error was made in the mileage calculation. I was overcharged 500 miles. When I pointed the error out to the manager, the truck was being rented out to the next customer. We checked the mileage before the next customer left the lot with the truck. However, The manager could not correct my invoice until the truck was returned by the next customer. Its not so much the location but u-haul policy that my refund for the u-haul error could not be made on the spot of discovery.

Great location close to home, no wait, friendly service. Have rented multiple times and never any bad surprises unlike larger operations that are not so customer focused. I"ll be back next month!

Their phone system doesn't seem to be in working order. They over charged me for a day and I can't get through on their phone number for either the Uhaul or the Grease Monkey number.

The mileage in truck and what was in the system was off by 1 mile considering we pay for mileage per mile. The gas meter was also of by 1/8th of tank.. Considering we also we get charge for gas on return. Please insure accurate documentation for each return truck to insure the next customer doesn't pay for the last customers use. I was charged an additional 8.95 for a 11 mile in town use when the gauge didn't move for my trip.

The uhaul customer service rep convinced me to upgrade my size truck so that it would be available at my requested location. The day of pick up, my location was changed to over 20 miles away. This was frustrating. I called and placed a complaint and was told a supervisor would speak to me in 3 business days. It has now been 5 business days and I haven't heard anything. I will never use Uhaul again and opt for another company next time.

When I arrived the store informed me that they had rented my trailer out to another customer. They asked me to wait so they can find another trailer for me. After about 20 minutes they called me to the counter to tell me my trailer was still on the property and ready for me.

Where do I start. Rented the truck from a location within 1 mile of my home, only to find out on the morning of my move, there was no truck there. Had to drive an additional 8 miles to another location. There is an extra $25.00 in mileage fees. Got truck and it had 3/16 of a tank of fuel. No worries they will credit me $6 and I need to bring it back with at least 1/4 tank. Not sure where they think you can get 3.5 gallons of fuel for $6, not to mention the first thing we have to do is get fuel since the old truck burned it like crazy. I asked if the truck had an ez pass (remember that short 8 mile trip to the new location, yeah two tolls to get there), was given a dumb look and a sharp "No". They didn't bother coming out and pointing out the dents and scratches when I got the truck, but you better believe they looked it over good when it came back. Overall bad experience with U-Haul. Don't know if it was just this location, but wont try another again.
