The only improvement I would suggest is that they improve the organization of the parking lot its connected with meineke and you have to dodge the car there for service to get you Uhaul truck in and out.

David was very rude on every occasion I encountered him. I think he is the owner of that store or at the very least a manager so it is clear he does not value customer service. I felt disrespected and would never recommend someone use his location or speak with him. I don't know if he was dismissive and rude on purpose or whether it was because I was a woman or what but I suggest U-haul consider not letting him be a part of their brand or that he get a front desk worker because his people skills suck. Truck had ants infested in the vents.

I actually reserved a 15' truck, but got a call from U-Haul saying they only had a 26' truck. It worked out ok, but it would nice not to have overbooking.

David is a great professional and he was very helpful in every aspect of the process. Meanwhile, I left my car for an oil change and they where very accurate with my needs and expectations. All employees were very proactive and respectful.

Pick up location was convenient and friendly. Cab and truck were clean, exterior was very dirty. Locking mechanism on back door was in very poor condition, and driver sun visor actually fell off while driving. Suggest customer do a very thorough walk thru with lessor.

When i first rented the truck, I told him what I needed and he suggested what truck and that an appliance dolly was needed since moving appliances also. I agreed then proceeded to the truck. When I got outside i realize that the truck did not have a ramp to use the dolly, so I came back in to tell him that and he said sorry I thought you would have people to pick it up. I told him remember I said earlier it would only be 2 ladies moving things that why u suggested the dolly. He said he forgot, so he changed the truck for the next big size that had a ramp. When I got off I started to move things and fell over the bed rail because I couldnt see it was dark, so I realize it should be a light in here. I went into the truck to figure out how to turn it on but it didnt work. I called the next day to inform the guy that I wasnt able to move things in the dark because of light not working and I work early so would not be able to move things out of truck until I get off and that would be after time I got the truck. He said ok let me check if someone else needed it after you. He said that it was fine. When I return the truck the person I talked to the previous day was not there and and I told him what I talked about with the guy,and he said yea when you return the truck and call this customer service number they can help you adjust the bill we can only take the truck back and tell someone about the light. So I did call the number he wrote down for me. The young man on the phone said I should have called roadside assistance, but I didnt know that. It would be so much better for them and the U-Haul company to walk there customers through the process like walk you around the truck, tell you the features of the truck and if we have any problems these are the things to do. Not just hand you the keys and say thats why its good to get insurance you dont have to worry about anything just bring truck and the keys back with no questions and its uhaul responsibility not yours. Yea thats a great lift off of a customer head to not be responsible for damages but knowing about the truck and what to do would have help me out so much better. And going through all the features on the truck would have alerted to them and me the light wasnt working in the first place. Something we couldve caught before renting to me. Thanks still a customer because of the convience and ease of not having to make a reservation.
