Poor customer service. I asked him to change my drop off location and he said it was handled. Once I got to my location, I had to call the 800 number to get it changed since they didnt get it right at pick up. Then he sent me out to get my trailer with no help. The trailer was located in the woods and I had to hook everything up by myself. SORRY!

This location is a combo storage facility and moving rental locqtion. The area for dropping off trailers is difficult to enter and exit.

Did not have an extension for the light set up; so I bought one at Advance Auto.

Not happy with service I received. I was charged $30 for them to add 1/8 tank of gas plus $20 for the gas, which was in their lot. When I returned it, it had the correct amount of gas. I was ripped off by them.

I called and made an appointment, the places picking up at had emergency went to another place, the place I picked the trailer up the guy didn't come out help hook it up show anything help go over the equipment I went over the equipment left side of the turn signal Brake Area did not work I thought he look into it get it fixed he just made a note on the contract so I wouldn't get charged for it.

The place of pick up and the person helping me at the location was great - no issues there. The initial scheduling of the truck was not a great experience, however the last person to schedule the rental was very helpful. I was very disappointed with having to go to another state to pick up an available truck.

The person I worked with was not friendly, bordered on being rude, and charged me for 2 days when I had the truck for less than 24 hours. Also made me demonstrate that the headlights, turn signals and brake lights worked when I brought the truck back (wasn’t part of my inspection when I picked it up). I made 2 calls and waited for a return call from the rental place and then I was forced to call customer service because he said he couldn’t fix it for me. I spent over 30 minutes on hold waiting to speak to people to try to fix it. Now I’m waiting for a “management” decision on my request. This was by far the worst U-Haul rental experience I’ve had, of many rentals.

Not able to answer most questions as location was closed when unit was dropped off. I did have trouble locating establishment and had to ask for directions twice. When address plugged in to 2 different GPS's took me a vacant lot or in opposite direction.

The truck was clean, the car carrier was dirty. I had to drive the truck out of a stand of pine trees. First time I was not walked down on the use of the truck and car carrier.

We rented a u- haul back in dec and between then and now our keys to our volkswagon have been missing... So it dawned on me that maybe we dropped them in the u- haul truck and if so they should hold them for safe keeping. Went in to see if we did leave them and completely got the cold shoulder and Doug blackmore didn't even look or wouldn't and said he couldn't tell us if any keys were found... What kind of customer service is that!!!! I paid them money and he couldn't even check to see if my keys were left! I will be calling to speak to his boss...

They didn't have a hitch or connector for the trailer. Had to go to wal mart twice. Also had to drive almost 30 mile round trip to pick up the trailer.

Another easy rental. Made the reservation online. Picked up was quick and easy. The employee helped me hookup, and test the lights and off I went. Drop off was just unhooking the trailer and depositing the contract in the drop box.

Apparently the gas gauge was not working, I filled the truck up before returning but the agent tried to tell me it was not full because the gauge was not set on the full line. Need a better way of checking the fuel
