This was an unmanned location. Had to use the app. Having to put a reference person in to be called doesn't make sense. I have a valid driver license and am paying for the rental, why do you need to call someone? You advertise as a 24/7 rental option. Are you going to call someone in the middle of the night? Also it asked for a current employer contact. What if you are self employed? That part of the process needs to be eliminated. Also this location is not good. There is really no space to park. Also the truck key pick-up box was confusing. There are two key boxes on two different buildings. Both were marked as location 1.

We ordered a 20’ Truck which when we showed up the keys were lost so we were given a 26’ Truck. We also ordered 2 Dollie’s and we received none
Ashlie BThe office smelled of dog urine and vape smoke. A little rush of wind from opening the door swirled up dog fur into the air. It was dirty all over. I returned the equipment two hours before closing and handed the keys back to the office person and he did not close out my rental, leading to phone calls from U-Haul asking if I had returned everything.
TRACY SFacility was closed. This facility is a dump.....dirty and run down. It in not meant to be an equipment drop off location. Attendant, who reluctantly emerged from a little room attached to the "office" was rude and un-helpful. When pressed, he said "just drop it off around back". Around back I found two other pieces of small rental items. I'm still being asked about when I am going to return the trailer and I returned it on Sunday.
