This location is a gas station. We filled the tank back to what it was, 3/4 full, AT THEIR LOCATION and they charged us for not filling it up. We were charged $55 for gas that we already put in. We said something but the charge was not removed. Trucknwas dirty when we picked it up, and I have pictures of the trash on the floor and sticky stuff on the floor and cup holders with dirt. Will never rent there again.

Have used this location before and everything was great. This time was not great at all. Major rip off. I had a one-way truck that I picked up at 1030 am and dropped off about 6pm the same day. A man calls me and tells me the keys are locked in the truck, I will not argue that for I thought I left the door unlocked. He says that he is going to charge me to get it unlocked. When I tell him I can get someone to come out there due to knowing plenty of Noblesville police that could help, he said he needed to call U-Haul and then call me back. Never called me back. Two days later I was charged for two extra days and for a key to be made plus a cleaning fee and after hours fee. I always use U-Haul for my moves however I will think twice now. This man charged me over $300 in extra stuff for a truck that was suppose to be $157. Not happy at all and will never recommend this location and will be reporting and blasting on social media.
Jen SCostumer service rep told me wrong information about drop off time leading to me being charged and extra day and the staff didn’t try and help me at all and basically told me get over it. Very unprofessional and unhelpful. Will never use UHAL again.
