Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulThe location was a pawn shop. I felt like the clerk was teying Add items I didn’t order. She’s like a truck and 2 Dollies. I said no Dollie’s. Then she argued my reservation said 2. I had the reservation in hand. 0 Dollies. The truck was clean with exception of tires. They were mud covered. The truck was beat up and had bad tires. The mileage charge was ridiculous. $50 for 41 miles.
Katherine CI had originally selected a different location for my reservation online. I was called and told that my in-person pickup had been moved to this location. I was NOT informed it would be a "mobile" pickup and would have to navigate a ton of the process on my own. Very unfortunate! Terrible communication and truly not the process I selected.
John EI could not access the mobile app at this siter and had to call the U-Haul in order to get the vehicle. Fortunately, the agent on the phone was very good and was able to complete the transaction in about 10 minutes. I had the same issue when I returned the truck. Also, I had rented the truck for one day and was originally charged for two days. It took me several phone calls to get the issue properly addressed.
WILLIAM CThey were not prepared for the equipment I turned in. The old guy tried to get me to wedge the trailer into a parking spot for him because he couldn’t do it. Now he has the nerve to charge me for 2 gallons of gas when I had to drive a full day with my arm hanging out the window because of a broken mirror. I get unsafe, defective equipment and a $12 gas charge is my reward. So cheap and petty. That’s what I call poor customer service.
