I understand that most u-haul locations are in conjunction with another business, but I expect a company to have my equipment at the time I was quotes. At the very least, acknowledge me in the first 3-5 min I am in your store, not after 30min. I would appreciate a call from u-haul when you get this 713-542-3788.

The neighborhood where the dealer is located is not in the greatest part of town. A week after my rental, there was a fatal shooting nearby. So, personal safety is a concern. Other than that, everything went well.

they charged me for an extra day when they were closed and said they couldn't do anything about it. then when i returned the equipment the following day they attempted to charge me for a 3rd day. very rude, threatening and unprofessional. i will not go back there and i will not recommend that location.

Well, I had a good experience with the company in that everything went smoothly in picking it up (although the employee was 10 minutes late which threw my running around off a bit), however, my biggest complaint is that there are soooooo many hidden fees in your "19.99" rental that next time I will look into another company. I accidentally filled the truck up more than it was when I received it and yet no consideration was taken off the bill which ended up being over $100.

I got transferred from my original location to another. Owner told me he would be at the facility at one time and then was late. I had to make multiple calls to facility and Uhaul customer service.My receipt was unreadable. Facility was dirty. Vehicle given had a faulty tire and blew out while en route.

With how the lot that is shared with the gas station is set up, it's difficult to know where to park when returning the UHaul. Luckily I returned during business hours, but otherwise I would have been nervous about not leaving the vehicle in the right spot and it getting towed.

The location was fine. The problem was the website that allowed me to schedule the use of a truck and then 15 minutes before I arrived to pick it up, the uhaul location called and told me that the truck was over booked and that I would not be able to keep my reservation. I was furious because I called to confirm the pickup before I left to drive 64 miles to pick up this truck. After arguing with the uhaul person, he allowed me to use the the truck for 3 hours instead of my original 6 hour reservation time period, of which I was greatful, but this situation did put a lot of strain on my family as we had to rush to move furniture and make two unexpected trips to drop off furniture since we were so rushed. I will not rent from uhaul again since the system is unreliable, and in the end it cost me more money and stress than I should have had to endure. I hope you all fix your computer system. I should have asked for my $50 since my "truck" was not there to rent and I wasn't allowed the time I requested. Lesson learned.

I left with a remaining balance of $2.27 and was told that they were going to submit a promissory note for the remaining balance. They called me after I had already left so I came back and paid the balance in cash. I then received an email with the promissory note saying that I still owe that balance. I will never recommend this location to anyone ever.
