Called when we pulled in and Gentlemen came right out to pick up truck - that was pretty outstanding!! Over all very good experience!!

ERIC NI was overcharged on daily rate 2 days instead of 1, and charged 24 gals of gas when I returned the truck full. When I called customer service, they said someone would call in 1- 3 days. I will go to another location in the future.
SCOTT WI wasn't happy with any of the difficulties with this location. Took the clerk over 45 min. to check me out. Then asked if someone was around to help lift trailer to the hitch as there wasn't anything connected to lift trailer. OH NO! was her response. So tried myself with no luck. I wasn't given an adapter for lights. After a half hour after, I had an employee and the clerk who checked me out come out and tried to help lift it.....so all three lifted and it was still to heavy. I injured my back. I finally Called my husband who was at work to bring me an adapter for lights and a lower hitch. So while al this is going on I lost the link for pictures. Proceeded to go back inside and ask for a new link and was told she wasn't able to do this request. So when my husband got me a lower hitch we did get it hitched and lights connected. Brakes and blinkers worked. Went around front for her to take picture of set-up. And off we went. So because of all the bullshit we ended up driving in the dark not realizing there were no running lights on the trailer. It could have killed someone or ourselves. Thank god before we pulled out of storage unit we realized this. We had my husband follow the trailer back to Quality INN in New London from Appleton..
