The trucks are too old. I was unable to adjust the mirrors on the truck so I was literally driving blind. The place itself is good and the employee was helpful but I think the trucks need to be inspected regularly and taken off the road if they have faulty equipment.

Tony O.Having rented Uhaul trucks for over 10 years, for some reason here I had to spend 45 minutes on the phone, having three other people verify they know me by phone. I wasn't able to inspect the inside of the truck and mileage before "approving" them - because the shop wouldn't give me the keys until I had. We didn't get the packing blankets we asked for and the shop said they didn't know anything - they just had the keys.
