Was stuck in the road because gate was locked

Anthony M.I wouldn't advise this location because you did not supply the code to get inside gate and truck was half in street. I was in a panic and had a complete meltdown with the stress of worrying as people driving the street felt annoyed. The employees helped when they came in on time and promptly reassured me all was well..Thank them for their patience and I apologize for my panic. I found the online process helped bring a swift reservation it does take time and perhaps I might have overlooked the code when I printed paper. I feel the code should be given right at pick up or printed Cleary on paper after order finished.
