I wouldn't advise this location because you did not supply the code to get inside gate and truck was half in street. I was in a panic and had a complete meltdown with the stress of worrying as people driving the street felt annoyed. The employees helped when they came in on time and promptly reassured me all was well..Thank them for their patience and I apologize for my panic. I found the online process helped bring a swift reservation it does take time and perhaps I might have overlooked the code when I printed paper. I feel the code should be given right at pick up or printed Cleary on paper after order finished.Jacqueline H.

My account was switched to 24/7 rideshare without my approval. I hate dealing with the phones and rather deal with people. The gate code wasn't clearly given and had to call the property management to get it. Thanks to the managers for responding so quickly though.Jeri M.

I had to pick up the truck north of where I lived which was 1 hour away. Upon arrival to pick up the truck I was told there were no furniture pads available. I had 5 dozen furniture pads in my reservation. This is unacceptable. I had talked with uHaul Customer Service 2 days before I picked up on the truck and was not informed of the furniture pad situation. Because of this, the furniture that was packed on the truck was not able to be protected and therefore damaged my furniture as we could not wrap it in pads. Highly disappointed with the customer service on this last rental and will warn anybody who should ask me about renting from uHaul.David M.
At the pickup location they weren't there at the time they were supposed to be open. I couldn't get through the gate and the end of the truck was hanging out on the road. Then I did the self checkin with my wife's phone because I had no reception. And the checkin says I owe money for mileage because the mileage was wrong when I got it and wouldn't let me fix it. Never going to rent from uhaul again. I paid 4 times as much to rent a penske, but they will actually have a truck when I go to pick it up and not be such a hassle. I am a cheapskate and I hate uhaul that much.Matthew C.

In my order, I declined the insurance coverage (it's covered through my personal auto insurance), but when I checked my receipt afterwards, I was billed for the insurance I declined.Mark R.
I was charged for 3 days use at pickup when I clearly stated I only wanted 2 days and returned the truck in 2 days. When I received the receipt I was billed for 3 days and a gas charge even tho I replaced the gas I used of which I had receipt as proof along with email from phone representative at UHaul to this location telling them truck was returned to check in ASAP I returned the truck in the evening of the 2nd day but receipt stated return on 3rd day at 2pm. There's a locked gate to get in which requires you to call the facility owners on their personal phones to get the code to get in. This says it's a 24 hr drop off facility, but it probably shouldn't be. I was lucky to get them on the first call and get in to park the truck just fine, but that may be because it was around 10 pm. This may not happen if you drop it off overnight and they're sleeping. You could be stuck outside a locked gate. Since Uhaul's after hours customer service team doesn't answer (I held for 32 minutes before I gave up), you could be totally stranded with your truck and absolutely no way to return it. Uhaul's app and website give you no options to change your drop off location in case you can't access your â€œ24 hourâ€œ drop off location. If you're not planning on dropping it off during business hours, I would choose a different location.Melissa M.

I took the truck 14 miles. The fuel gauge was the same as when I picked it up and I still get charged for a fill up. I'd say the last people to used the UHAUL should be charged for the fuel. Also the door was open when I picked up the truck and it smelled like an ash tray. I will never use uhaul again.Joseph D.

There was nothing wrong with the truck or location. My problem was with uhaul! Moved my pick up location twice even after confirming! Then to top it off i went to pick up the truck and there was no truck there!! Uhaul needs a better system! Not only am i waiting for 20 minutes to even talk to someone, they don't even know where my truck that i reserved was! Found out they let the previous person keep it until 5pm that day and let another person drop off at a different location! Moving is stressful enough to add on poor running company!! They did discount and add miles but it doesn't help when I'm driving all over the place to find a truck THAT I ALREADY RESERVED AND CONFIRMED! For any future customers, make sure to call the place first to see if they even have your truck! I feel bad for the â€œmiddle manâ€. There should be a spot to review the company, not the pick up/drop off locations!Crystal S.

This was the worst experience I have had at Uhaul! I arrived to pick up the truck and trailer at 11:45am and sat outside of an empty lot waiting for a worker to show up to give me access to the truck. I did not get the truck until after 2pm!! the costumer service was horrible and there was not apology or accommodation for the worker not being present for hours. I was informed that I would be credited $100 due to the error but did not get the credit for the purchase. I did not receive any assistance or instructions on how to use the trailer because I've never towed a car before. Thank God for youtube videos!! I figured it out and got out of there as quickly as possible hours later. I would highly recommend Uhaul get rid of Shenango Mini Storage location because it gives you all a bad name. This will be my last Uhaul experience due to this issue.Jason B.

I was overcharged a $40 late fee when the vehicle was,returned 6.5 hours after picking it up. Additionally charged $14 for coverage that I had,already paid for when picking up the truck. Lastly, there were taxes charged on those charges and a Motor vehicle rental fee of $2. The only legitimate fee to be charged was the additional mileage. I am requesting a refund of those charges be electronically sent back to my credit card account. That amount should be 60.99. I now got billed for a ltail lught that was not broke when we brought it in on tje receipt it is not my dr lisc numbet or my address I think they got it wrong they were having issues with the computers that day I have been charged 43 .43 on my credit card. Rented a van smelled of cigarettes so bad. The back of the van was filthy. I had to take the van to a car wash to clean thebackout. I went to a dollar store to buy air fresheners and spray to knock down the smell. I knew that the smell was going to transfer to what I was hauling! I spent $20.00 cleaning th truck out. We wauted for 45 minutes even though we already had a reservation. Also was charged over $200 for a scratch on the bumper that we did not even do. We are honest people and would never lie about such an incident. Extrememly dangerous neighborhood. Feared for mine and my family's safety. We were locked out of the facility with no entrance code provided for us. The first person I called said no code existed. Meanwhile I'm stranded on the side of a very very bad neighborhood with no protection of any kind. Finally we got in touch with someone who gave us the code.Nicholas B.
