The location was Average in regards to cleanliness and inviting but since there is only a Yes/No choice I guess I have to go with No instead of Average. During what I would expect to be a peak time to drop off equipment (5-7pm) there was only 1 person at the desk. Therefore drop off took me 15 mins instead of 5. It's not the guys fault, he was trying to complete a rental with a guest and I was next in line, but I would think there would be two staff on duty at that time; one dedicated to the desk and one able to step out for pickup/dropoff. It's been a long time since I used U-Haul services. I've been fortunate enough to have access to other equipment and based on my recent experience I may go out of my way to use other equipment instead of U-Haul but that's yet to be seen. Thanks for taking the time to hear out customers and hopefully improve your product and service.

I have used this uhaul location several times. The only thing that needs improved is the wait time. Only one employee doing everything and I usually end up waiting about 30 minutes to get help even w online reservation

I was very disappointed that the Air Conditioner did not work on the truck. Also steering wheel had too much play.

Store advertised that it opened at 7:00. Myself and three other customers were waiting outside at 7:15 when somebody finally opened the store. Was given a van that had arrived sometimes during the night. It was not cleaned and there was a maintenance message concerning an oil change that flashed during the entire trip. Not one of my better experiences.

I am waiting for a call back from customer service due to my mattress getting wet since there was a leak in the uhaul. Makes me super sad that equipment isn’t checked regularly to avoid incidents like I’ve experienced.

I told the guy at the location that the wipers need replacing (it was pouring) and his response was "that's why I gave you the phone number to roadside assistance." I said, "just give me the replacements. I'll install myself." His answer "that's what the 800 number I gave you is for." Geez...
Reasonable rates....should offer discounts if rental is returned earlier

The 2 people that were working were very nice and professional. However, that location is way understaffed. 45 minute wait!

Service was slow when picking up for whatever reason ....? It took me approximately 1 hour from the time I entered the U-Haul offices to the time I left with the trailer-- that's simply too long. I had made a reservation the previous day but I don't know what that did for me in terms of picking up the trailer..

The manager opened store 45 minutes late. Waited outside from 7A.M. to 7:45 to rent a trailer.

Consider adding additional staff on weekends. Wait time was 45 minutes standing in line. Had I not registered and pre-paid for the rental I would have considered a competitor.

I told the sales guy I had cash to pay for the trailer. He said he needed a credit card on file and that they would not charge it as long as I pay cash when I bring it back the next day. I told him good because I DO NOT have the money in my checking account!! I had already made my truck payment! He told me y'all would not charge my bank account at all that when I bring it back and give them cash my card would not be charged. When I brought the trailer back the next day and went to pay the cash, the cashier said that my bank was already charged and its paid. I told him what the original guy told me and he said he could not reverse it. I had to drive 30 miles then to MY bank to put the cash in, in hopes, my truck payment had not gone through but it already did and now because of YOUR employees I have a $38 dollar bounce check fee AND had to spend extra gas going to my bank in San antonio.
