Parking lot was covered in snow and ice. I asked the gentleman where to park the truck and he told me anywhere on the street - which was also covered in snow and ice and he would not assist or leave the desk.

I was charged for a utility and furniture dolly ($14.00) and they were not in the truck when we picked up.
The attendant,Dale, was very pleasant and helpful. The truck ran perfectly; although, it was dirty on the inside and out. I was surprised that U-Haul would release a vehicle that dirty.
This was the absolute worst experience I have dealt with in a long time. I would love for someone to correct the situation. I won't ever be using UHaul again, nor will anyone I know that I've shared this experience with. The sales associate that was working the morning of Friday 2/5/21 had absolutely no idea what he was doing. It was the most frustrating experience. He was beyond unhelpful, careless and rude. He tired zero percent to help us and was very uneducated on every manner possible. I heard â€œI don't knowâ€ countless times when asking questions. Some of which being additional charges and what they were. Very disappointing overall the entire route including drop off location.
This location is the best
Make the online rental Procedure geared more toward the person finding the things that I need other than trying to upsell every single click. I didn't know how many miles I was allowed to drive and when I got to the turn in destination they charged me 13 extra dollars because I apparently went over by a few miles.
Very good experience / will use Uhaul again
The truck wasn't ready. I couldn't find the lockbox and when I did, it was too dark to see the combination. They have me the wrong combination and then the box wouldn't open correctly.

The worker there could not have been more rude . The facility was closed and the website would not let us logon. We parked the unit ext to other uhaul units and the worker called and called me a liar and told me there would be additional charges for parking the unit where I did. I am in a position where I have referred hundreds if not thousands ot people to UHaul and that will never happen again after this experience.
The person who took care of me was very nice. There was, however, an empty can of Red Bull and a cardboard piece in the back.
It was not clear to me that I was renting a truck outside of normal office hours and would need to complete the transaction online. Once I figured that out, the technology worked well but the process of getting the truck key out of the lock box was significantly more troublesome than it should have been. The combination and lever on the box were sensitive and had to be manipulated in just the right way to open. I had to wait until the office opened to have a staff member open it for me. So for all the investment you have made in a solid technological tool for online reservation and check in, the reliance on a non-tech solution like a lock box with a fussy combination seems misplaced.
Thank goodness we found a parking spot. the person inside was very Helpful when I called to have someone check the upper section to ensure we got everything.

There isn't a dedicated parking lot for customers to leave their vehicles. You are forced to use street parking.
There was dog hair in the car and trash in the back of the van. The mobile app did not work after i chose this for contactless delivery. Turning the truck in was difficult because i could not use the website and never received confirmation that i had both called and used online contact to turn in the van. Other than that, it was a very affordable option.
Your system was down when I went to pick up my truck. I had to wait an hour
This store needs a paved parking lot. Several trucks had been stuck due to the grass and wet parking area. Lack of parking.
Very limited parking at this location have to park the U-Haul across the street in a empty grass lot with lots of holes. Got stuck twice parking the truck
Truck was dirty inside. Not that big of deal for me. Online rental is ridiculous and needs fixing. Agent at store was great and helpful.
The employee was not very helpful. It was not terrible but not great. I do not normally leave comments like this but the personnel on each end was just so so. The equipment was great.
Dale was super awesome! Very friendly, professional, and helped me get everything taken care of super easily and quick! I had left my wallet in the truck the night when I returned the truck and called customer service (great service by the way!) and the next morning went to pickup my wallet, and Dale had it ready for me when I arrived! Very great service!
