There isn't a dedicated parking lot for customers to leave their vehicles. You are forced to use street parking.
There was dog hair in the car and trash in the back of the van. The mobile app did not work after i chose this for contactless delivery. Turning the truck in was difficult because i could not use the website and never received confirmation that i had both called and used online contact to turn in the van. Other than that, it was a very affordable option.
Your system was down when I went to pick up my truck. I had to wait an hour
This store needs a paved parking lot. Several trucks had been stuck due to the grass and wet parking area. Lack of parking.
Very limited parking at this location have to park the U-Haul across the street in a empty grass lot with lots of holes. Got stuck twice parking the truck
Truck was dirty inside. Not that big of deal for me. Online rental is ridiculous and needs fixing. Agent at store was great and helpful.
The employee was not very helpful. It was not terrible but not great. I do not normally leave comments like this but the personnel on each end was just so so. The equipment was great.
Dale was super awesome! Very friendly, professional, and helped me get everything taken care of super easily and quick! I had left my wallet in the truck the night when I returned the truck and called customer service (great service by the way!) and the next morning went to pickup my wallet, and Dale had it ready for me when I arrived! Very great service!

We did evening drop off for return. The rating should not apply. Returning worked fine.
You should have the trucks full of gas and then they will be ready to go and we will not be looking for a gas station right away. All the fees should be made know. Up front, not when you get there. Should get a discount for the one day return and extra gas you received because of your system. Also, the pick up location should not be changed so late

We had to wait 30min for our truck past our reservation time as there was only one employee there to assist customers with their truck. We didn't think this would be an issue since we were doing mobile pickup due to COVID-19, however the online check in system was not working so we had to go into the store. The truck also was wet and muddy inside once we opened it up.

This was an old truck that made lots of noise
The person checking the truck out to me was really inexperienced, and when I asked questions to make sure the driver was listed correctly in the system, he couldn't confirm. I asked him to show me or print out confirmation that my info was correct and he couldn't. I'm going to call a main uhaul number to get my profile straightened out, but he made it confusing and entered incorrect information about the driver of the truck.

The on line took more time to check in than in the store. It was really a waste of my time and I had to still do some of the process when I was at the store.
The customer needs to know ahead of time that this is just a sketchy gravel lot with no office or anyone to talk to. I called the day before to confirm that there would be a place to park (they said yes but that wasn't really the case), when I got there I wasn't sure if my car would get towed or if it was safe to leave there.
I was coming to a different state to rent a truck to bring some things home to my state. They needed to move my reservation because the size truck I needed wasn't available at my preferred location (Chosen because it looked the most safe/professional). The locations were only 5 miles apart and the new location would not be staffed on a Saturday for pick up. I told the representative that I spoke with that I was apprehensive about digital pick up and asked if they could arrange to move the one I needed to a location that would be open. That was apparently not an option. It was only 5 miles away- and there was 24 hours until my scheduled pick up time. This definitely should be something uhaul should be able to arrange for its customers. Many people (especially those over 40 years old) are much more comfortable dealing with people rather than trying to manage the process online alone. The cell signal at that location at times seemed very weak- what if there had been no cell service? What if my phone had died? I did have trouble getting my account to activate- I had to redo my password multiple times- and didn't realize that uhaul doesn't say the password must be better than â€œstrongerâ€ to be accepted. It needs to say- that you won't accept this password until it fills the bar- I just kept getting error messages and I wasn't sure why. And then when I tried to call the 800 uhaul number I got also got error messages. So I couldn't even get a live person to help with my tech support questions. The whole process was unnecessarily stressful.
I returned the truck well before the time to drop off but u didn't receive the text regarding the process and codes for the lockbox until after my scheduled dropoff time. Maybe send the text before the scheduled dropoff AP people are informed in advance.
