Parking lot was covered in snow and ice. I asked the gentleman where to park the truck and he told me anywhere on the street - which was also covered in snow and ice and he would not assist or leave the desk.

This was the absolute worst experience I have dealt with in a long time. I would love for someone to correct the situation. I won't ever be using UHaul again, nor will anyone I know that I've shared this experience with. The sales associate that was working the morning of Friday 2/5/21 had absolutely no idea what he was doing. It was the most frustrating experience. He was beyond unhelpful, careless and rude. He tired zero percent to help us and was very uneducated on every manner possible. I heard “I don't know” countless times when asking questions. Some of which being additional charges and what they were. Very disappointing overall the entire route including drop off location.

Make the online rental Procedure geared more toward the person finding the things that I need other than trying to upsell every single click. I didn't know how many miles I was allowed to drive and when I got to the turn in destination they charged me 13 extra dollars because I apparently went over by a few miles.

The truck wasn't ready. I couldn't find the lockbox and when I did, it was too dark to see the combination. They have me the wrong combination and then the box wouldn't open correctly.

The worker there could not have been more rude . The facility was closed and the website would not let us logon. We parked the unit ext to other uhaul units and the worker called and called me a liar and told me there would be additional charges for parking the unit where I did. I am in a position where I have referred hundreds if not thousands ot people to UHaul and that will never happen again after this experience.

It was not clear to me that I was renting a truck outside of normal office hours and would need to complete the transaction online. Once I figured that out, the technology worked well but the process of getting the truck key out of the lock box was significantly more troublesome than it should have been. The combination and lever on the box were sensitive and had to be manipulated in just the right way to open. I had to wait until the office opened to have a staff member open it for me. So for all the investment you have made in a solid technological tool for online reservation and check in, the reliance on a non-tech solution like a lock box with a fussy combination seems misplaced.

There isn't a dedicated parking lot for customers to leave their vehicles. You are forced to use street parking.

There was dog hair in the car and trash in the back of the van. The mobile app did not work after i chose this for contactless delivery. Turning the truck in was difficult because i could not use the website and never received confirmation that i had both called and used online contact to turn in the van. Other than that, it was a very affordable option.

This store needs a paved parking lot. Several trucks had been stuck due to the grass and wet parking area. Lack of parking.

Dale was super awesome! Very friendly, professional, and helped me get everything taken care of super easily and quick! I had left my wallet in the truck the night when I returned the truck and called customer service (great service by the way!) and the next morning went to pickup my wallet, and Dale had it ready for me when I arrived! Very great service!

You should have the trucks full of gas and then they will be ready to go and we will not be looking for a gas station right away. All the fees should be made know. Up front, not when you get there. Should get a discount for the one day return and extra gas you received because of your system. Also, the pick up location should not be changed so late

We had to wait 30min for our truck past our reservation time as there was only one employee there to assist customers with their truck. We didn't think this would be an issue since we were doing mobile pickup due to COVID-19, however the online check in system was not working so we had to go into the store. The truck also was wet and muddy inside once we opened it up.

The person checking the truck out to me was really inexperienced, and when I asked questions to make sure the driver was listed correctly in the system, he couldn't confirm. I asked him to show me or print out confirmation that my info was correct and he couldn't. I'm going to call a main uhaul number to get my profile straightened out, but he made it confusing and entered incorrect information about the driver of the truck.

The on line took more time to check in than in the store. It was really a waste of my time and I had to still do some of the process when I was at the store.

The customer needs to know ahead of time that this is just a sketchy gravel lot with no office or anyone to talk to. I called the day before to confirm that there would be a place to park (they said yes but that wasn't really the case), when I got there I wasn't sure if my car would get towed or if it was safe to leave there.

I was coming to a different state to rent a truck to bring some things home to my state. They needed to move my reservation because the size truck I needed wasn't available at my preferred location (Chosen because it looked the most safe/professional). The locations were only 5 miles apart and the new location would not be staffed on a Saturday for pick up. I told the representative that I spoke with that I was apprehensive about digital pick up and asked if they could arrange to move the one I needed to a location that would be open. That was apparently not an option. It was only 5 miles away- and there was 24 hours until my scheduled pick up time. This definitely should be something uhaul should be able to arrange for its customers. Many people (especially those over 40 years old) are much more comfortable dealing with people rather than trying to manage the process online alone. The cell signal at that location at times seemed very weak- what if there had been no cell service? What if my phone had died? I did have trouble getting my account to activate- I had to redo my password multiple times- and didn't realize that uhaul doesn't say the password must be better than “stronger” to be accepted. It needs to say- that you won't accept this password until it fills the bar- I just kept getting error messages and I wasn't sure why. And then when I tried to call the 800 uhaul number I got also got error messages. So I couldn't even get a live person to help with my tech support questions. The whole process was unnecessarily stressful.

I returned the truck well before the time to drop off but u didn't receive the text regarding the process and codes for the lockbox until after my scheduled dropoff time. Maybe send the text before the scheduled dropoff AP people are informed in advance.

I returned with the same Half tank tank of gas as when I picked it up. A half tank is a very hard amount to judge when refilling. Trucks should always come with a full tank so that they can be returned with the sane amount.

As a first time user of the online check-in process outside of their usual business hours, I was not aware of the information needed to access the lock box. As a result, I stood outside in freezing cold for 20 minutes waiting for my rental contract to be approved. I wish I had been better informed about the process and that I could have waited someplace warm.

I would not recommend this location based on my one experience. I had an after-hours pickup and drop-off, so was picking up and dropping off using the mobile website. There was an incorrect mileage reading and fuel tank reading, so I had to call into the corporate U-Haul to ensure they logged the correct one before I left. Upon return, I had to call corporate again to validate that they had the correct information. The next morning, I left a message with the specific location to confirm that they would be charging me the correct mileage and fuel usage. I never got a return call. My final receipt showed the correct mileage and fuel used, but the final odometer and fuel tank reading continued to be incorrect (i.e., I was charged the correct amount, but I suspect the next person will have the exact same issue that I did and potentially get significantly overcharged for mileage or fuel). I would have appreciated a better explanation of what happened, and at the very least, a returned phone call.

Have a legit business not just a street with uhauls parked everywhere. GPS didn't even have a clue and once again don't consider drop off and pick up with just a smart phone if it's not going to work it's very inconvenient and stressful

Could never get this site on the phone when trying to make contact. No signage at the site to indicate it was Nashville Truck Rentals, although a U-haul sign was evident.Upon contacting national office, I was given the wrong opening times twice for this drop off location. This experience was plagued with misinformation.

I had the worst experience ever with Uhaul and will NEVER use it again! I rented a van used it for less than 20 miles, for 2 days, filled the tank before returning it. Then I get a receipt saying that used the van for 100 miles, that I didn't put gas and charged me for 3 days. I called Uhaul, went to the store where I rented it and they said they could not do anything because the van is not there anymore. There should be a walk through before and after renting a van to make sure everything is correct. I feel violated and will make sure everyone knows about this. I cannot believe you guys charged for more than twice than what I was supposed to pay and got away with it.

I am a little unhappy about the fact that the mileage was so much. There needs to be more explanation from the start about how much mileage cost and if you should fill up your truck when you are done.
