Great experience. The checkin was simple and too the point. The person was pleasant and efficient. On return, someone came out and took the truck off my hands to park it. Much appreciated as it would have been difficult for me since the uhaul parking is integrated with the gas station. Completing the process at the service counter was no hassle. The gentleman took the info (miles, etc.) while servicing another customer, gave me my receipt, and I was on my way.

Where do I start? Scheduled 8am wireless pickup. There was no information explaining what to do when I arrived at the location. Therefore I lost Assn hour of time waiting for them to open at 9am. I requested a furniture dolly and realized that I had a box dolly once I arrived at my location- this was useless for my need. The front windshield was covered with bug splat. Would have been nice to receive with a clean window.

Provide equipment that is closer than an hour and a half to their home. There are eight U-Haul places that are within 5 miles of my home and you send me to one that is 20 miles from my house for pick up. The last time I rented from u-haul I had to travel 35 miles one way to pick up the trailer. Then I found out there was a trailer one-way rental within 8 miles of my house that was available you guys need to be more efficient.

It was easy to work with the location - quick in and out. My issue was the cargo van door was broken so you had to have a man holding it open while others moving items in and out of the van. You should not rent vehicles that are less than fully functioning. That part felt like I was renting a van from a friend and had no choice. I didn't notice it until I was in the next town picking up items! Also, the attendant did not walk through the vehicle with me - maybe because I purchased the insurance. Anyhow, I would definitely use this location again. I will just be checking the equipment before I pull off!

I did not know this location before because I rarely pass by it. However it is very convenient. I would have preferred a cargo van, but the pick up truck was just fine for moving office furniture.

Excellent service at drop off location. Given the fact that location also served as a gas station/convenience store, small,cramped UHaul service desk is understandable. It was unlit, however, so my first impression was that staff was absent.
