DAVID MMy pickup location changed from the original one I selected. When it changed, I went to pickup at the new location but whoever changed my pickup location did not fully schedule my appointment. I tried to do the mobile pickup but it said my reservation was not authorized. I tried to call the number it gave me but it was stating there were no operators and to leave a message. I instead called U-Haul's customer service and spoke with a rep who immediately figured out the problem, got me transferred, and the next department squared me away quickly. I say all this because I did have an issue but U-Haul was able to get it fixed very quickly and the experience was great. The first rep was fantastic, super kind, understanding, and wanted to help me. It was a pleasant experience even though there was a mistake that was made. We are all human and it happens. I appreciated how quickly and easily they got it resolved without further issues.
Cheston BTruck was covered in dirt and mud.
Bruce Gvery nice to help over the phone, but also very convenient to check in and return the truck through the app
