2 employees were very helpful and corrected the issues, the system went down which wasn't the associates fault I got call when them system came up one I got there the next morning is when the problem accured the associate that initially helped me was condescending , rude and dismissive, another associate stepped in he was direct, helpful, and responsive immediately resolved the issue with courtesy and apologized this associate helped me before with my storage unit and he was again helpful and courteous , but this guy who helped me to get this trailer was very rude and har a very non concerning attitude!
Fix the truck return on line system. It doesn't work well at all
Signs to indicate temporary parking had to go in and ask if I could park for 2hr till I return the rental
Service was excellent. Only thing you could possibly do better was pay me to comeback! Also shoutout to my man Jeremiah, great to work with and has keen customer service skills that really make the experience even more pleasant.

This location accommodated a last minute change and saved me significant time. Additionally, they introduced me to the full product offerings of u-haul and I was impressed. While the drivers side mirror was cracked, the awesome u-haul rep that looked like princess Elsa from frozen was quick to point it out and make sure I took note of it so I was not held accountable. Explanations of everything were clear and the team was great. They'll be my go to for future hauling needs around the airport.

Made previous over the phone reservations at U-Haul Moving & Storage at South Lake 1549 Mount Zion Rd Morrow, GA 30260 , my fist time visiting this facility the staff at this location show poor customer customer. I'm reoccurring customer with UHaul. I came into the facility with my drivers license and I handed it to the attended at the front desk and they asked me to take a picture of my ID and I explain to them that my storage was full on my phone and I wouldn't be able to take any photos. The attendant always takes the picture of of my ID front and back to enter it to enter in the system, then they in return said that I needed to remove the storage from my personal phone so I will be able to take footage of my ID front and back because or they were unable to assist me because Uhaul Safety regulations. I asked the attendant if she would just put on some rubber gloves to be able to take the footage on her phone front and back of my ID and all the staff and two other staff wanted to argue they would be unable to service me. I went in the back of the line and contacted the customer service department and spoke with The supervisor Wendy that documented the Situation gave me a $25 gift card. I will not recommend this Unprofessional facility. They then said they would assist me and completed the contact. I received a truck that was dirty and the seat was wet from the door being open in the rain.

You guys charged me for gas , when I had put gas in the truck before I returned it.
The truck was very clean, inside and out; fully equipped with a hand truck and pads to prevent damage to my household items; and it was amazingly reasonable on gas for the distance traveled and the weight of the loads. It also had a jamming radio which kept the children occupied during the move. I definitely recommend Uhaul to anyone trying to move on a budget!
only thing i could not get in my storage unit, card didnt work
The general manager was horrible and not hospitable and had no customer service skills. General manager called cops on me and it was a personal dislike, I did nothing wrong. Locked me out of my storage while I was there also and changed my lock. Then he had the nerve to charge my card for the lock he put on there but I already purchased a uhaul lock. He did all this in the middle of me getting moved in my storage.

Once the customer has been serviced, it seemed like everyone disappeared. I needed some assistance and couldn't find anyone. Make sure that the customer is good and DRIVING off the lot.
My experience at first was pleasant, however I needed to extend my rental out for 1 additional day and when I extended it , it was no issue. On the second day I called and asked if I could extend out another day they told me no, the reason behind extending the rental was because my apartment wasn't ready when promised so I had no where to put my furniture that was already on the truck. A gentleman by the name Dominique stated that I would be charged an additional $50 dollars because they had a reservation already booked for the 3rd day. I didn't agree with that because if you had a reservation for a truck that I had then I should have been informed on the second day when I extended it that I would possible have to pay additional charges but wasn't informed. My thing is why are you charging me an additional $50 dollars for some.one else's reservation when they had 3 other same size trucks parked on the lot all weekend. I was going to rent a storage unit from this location as well but after that horrible experience I chose to rent at SecurCare Fayetteville. This left a sour taste about Uhaul that from now own I will us another company instead. I've always used Uhaul but not anymore.
