When rented uhaul rep stated truck was â€œfull tank of gasâ€. I went to truck and noticed it was actually 3/4 full. I went back inside and told the rep. I was told there would be no issues and I would only need to adjust it in the text link. I took a photo of the gas level and left. I returned the truck approximately 4 hours later with exactly 5 miles of use. Gas was added back to the level of which I received it. Rep on site told me there were no issues and then I was charged a refueling fee. I talked to a uhaul rep as soon as I received the email and was told a rep from the office would call me. I never received a call back. Charges were not adjustedJOSHUA E.

I had the worse experience from arriving to returning the truck. I was charged for fuel that I had already put back in the truck I took pictures before and after of the fuel gage so I know it was right. They put me in a truck when I asked for a cargo Van on my online reservation prior to coming like 4-5 days in advance. The truck would not fit in the garage of the college dorm so we had to load her items on the street in Atlanta and that's was Not safe at all. Tried to call customer service 5 plus times kept getting the run around and diff agents unable to assist me. Sent an email but no one called me back. Just a bad experience with Uhual. I will call customer service again in the early am...DEBRA R.
I had my rental 1 of the employee first told me I couldn't rent for 3 days and then she told me to be back by 615 because the truck was reserved the I stop moving drive all they way back to find out she lied because of that lie I ended up paying 468 for a uhaul I feel like I should receive a discountPERCY S.

Everyone is friendly and helpful. You can tell each employee takes pride and ownership of their job. Gabby was AMAZING as I arrived thinking my rental was there but it was another location. That 20' truck shouldn't be on the road. Clean yes. New tires yes. But the steering is totally shot! It shouldn't be doing local trips, much less an 800 mile trip! Great value, nonetheless, but that truck is impossible to drive. Six inches of play in the wheel plus unrelenting darting is awful. This is the only truck rental that's been like this. Appears to be an isolated instance.Angela T.

I was sent to the Mount Zioin location because my regular Uhaul location(Hwy 85, Riverdale, ga) did not have any trucks to rent. I'm standing in line and people behind the desk is just taking their time and holding their own conversation. Finally a rep ask me is i needed help. I give her my name and she pulls up my info. Get on her walkie talkie and asked if a truck ready. I see this guy come from the side wrapped in a blanket as if he just woke up and looks at me smile and lays his head on desk next to her computer. I then get my paper work and go outside to see the truck. First truck #1 The truck number does not match was the handwrittem number on the paper. #2 The gas gauge on the paper is not matching the guage in the truck. #3 The truck is pour anti-freeze and you could smell it and 2 uhaul worker acted like they had no idea. Second Truck #1 The truck number and the printed number on the paper does not mactch AGAIN . #2 The gas gauage once again is not matching but it looks just like the last sheet gas gauge. #3 The mileage was way off compare to the numbers on my paper. Inside the truck 141,757 on my paper 140,364 (scam) Third Truck Finally I the correct Truck but I tell the guy that the gas guage in the Truck is at at 1/4 of a tank but this sheets reads the same as the last two sheet. The second sheet he had folded it up and placed it behind his back but I demanded to see it to compare and just as i thought all their gas mileage picture are the same ( scam).LAKEITHA C.
