Was charged 26 bucks for gas for less than an 1/8th tank of fuel. I have pics of fuel guage when I got it and when I returned it. I brought it back with less than a 1/16th lower.For such a large company thats pretty low down??? Esp since I was inconvenienced when I picked it up. Whatever!ANDREW D.

The van we rented was muddy inside and out, not cleaned at all. The dash wasn't wiped down, it had human hair and what we assume was smoke haze on all the gauges and inside windows. The seats were completely covered in pet hair, top to bottom. It filled an entire lint roller. The side door wouldn't open, and wasn't closed all the way so air noise was an issue the whole trip. They gave the van to us with the CHANGE OIL indicator on, AND a tire pressure warning that they told us to ignore and to "drive in manual/low gear the whole way to avoid blowing a tire" The gentleman behind the counter was cursing up a storm about another employee who quoted us one price, that he didn't want to honor, and so then they charged us another price entirely. He was sexist towards women (his attitude changed immediately when speaking to a man) Very dissatisfied,, would not wish this customer experience upon my enemy. To Improve: Sexism training. Clean the vehicles. Repair the vehicles. Train the employees to quote proper prices and to not take a "2 hour lunch" to avoid having to honor that price in person.Carolyn D.

The truck that we had barely ran, it made a very loud rattling noise every time you accelerated and shook the faster you drove. Then we ended up keeping the truck an extra day but were never informed that the insurance and the dolly was pay per day.LaTisha M.

The trailer I rented did not have a tongue jack. I was not able to lift the tongue to remove the trailer and I have a very bad back. You need to weld tongue jacks on your heavy trailers and equipment before someone gets hurt and you get sued. ThanksDennis K.
The first truck we were given was dirty and had a check engine light on. We pulled out of the parking lot and it stalled. By the time I could get it turned around and head back to the dealership, it stalled four more times! No discount or anything was offered.Roger H.
My name is Ella Tamalavicz. I reserved, and rented, the 15' truck for moving on Saturday, September 5, 2020. I was quoted and understood I was paying approximately $40. Twenty-nine for rental plus $10. appliance dolly. I rejected the additional insurance coverage. Today, I found your company charged me $114.!!! Fraudulent! I contacted my bank. The truck was returned filled with gas, and in excellent condition. It was driven less than 12 miles total. Corey Brooks was the chosen driver. Please address any future correspondence to me, Ella Tamalavicz at my email address you have used and have on file. Please address this fraudulent charge at once! The person before me left wrappers, cigarette buds & trash in the back of the uhaul. The front had like drink spill stains all over the doors & cup holders. Online only let me upload one picture to show the mess before I rented the truck so I also had to clean it out from someone else's mess before returning the truck because I didn't want blame for it. The Pick Up location and the trailer were great, No Complaints. But the Drop Off location needs to improve. Called drop off location during business hours, location did not respond. Location called back after I had already left to return trailer. I arrived and no one was at the location to check me in, inspect the trailer, provide a receipt, assist with parking and disconnect and drop the trailer. A person in the business next door said to drop the trailer next to the others in a muddy field.....it was slightly downhill and lifting the tongue was very heavy and difficult....especially since there is no trailer jack on the trailer and there was no one else to drive the truck forward (at the pick up location they used a dolly Jack on concrete and the location manager did the work.) This is NOT Customer Service, there was NO Service, all I got was a sore back. Disappointed?Rolf P.
I was contracted to return the truck to Quick Mart 2. Upon arrival, I was told I could not leave the truck there and I had to drive it to United Auto Sales because they had contracted to rent it to someone else from that location. When I got there, I could not use the online check in service because the truck was in the "wrong location." I called the 1-800 number, was disconnected at first transfer, called back and told the agent couldn't do anything and he transferred me to a supervisor except I was disconnected again. Now it was after hours and I couldn't call back. I ended up driving back to quick mart and leaving the truck there. They would have to do their own repositioning of the truck. I wasted nearly 2 hours trying to do the drop off location's work for them. I am highly disappointed.Bradley B.
