The access road to the location was closed. It was impossible to reach. After turning around for 40 minutes, I had to dropoff the truck at an other location really near. Uhaul did not took into account and did not advised that the access road to this location was closed.

I was charged for what was claimed to be damage to the roof of the truck - after I returned home! I can't even be sure that there was any damage to the roof, but if there was, it didn't happen while I had it. The truck was never parked anywhere with anything on top of it, and it was only driven for about 45 km. all on open roads. I view this as extortion - they charge me for damage that I did not cause, only because they can. This truck was rented to remove stock from business that went under due to Covid19 ramifications, making it extremely unjust to charge me for an alleged damage that I did not cause.
Everything was fine. The person who helped me in the store was very helpful and professional, and the vehicle was clean and ready to go. I was also impressed with reservation and return system that is tied into my cell phone, and the Uhaul website. All worked very well.

Nothing, as far as I am concerned.
Although my pick up experience was excellent, my return wasn't - the customer service representatives were very disorganized. Instead of focusing on the customer they were serving, they tried serving multiple clients at a time. This rendered wait time very long and unnecessary. Although, after a very long wait, my return was done quickly and pleasantly. Some improvement is needed on customer service - especially on the focus on the customer being served.
Took me 1h to wait to pick up the truck. Way too long
The staff were appallingly unprofessional. Waited an hour to get truck When returning, was told to park so they could clean it easier, no one in office to return, decided to return inline only to find out I needed photos of vehicle, which they hadn't reminded me when I parked it near their hoses for them and when I brought it up, they were arrogant

The parking spot for returning the trucks doesnâ€™t have enough slope so the accumulation of water during the rainy time. When I got off the car I went to water and got wet all mty feet.
JP at the boulevard Norman location arranged the rental. And the gentleman working Tuesday may 12th at the Montreal- West location was super helpful when my phone could not connect to the rental verification site... Tous les liens par texto/ courriels sont en anglais; Si je ne pouvais me gÃ©olocaliser au retour du vÃ©hicule (ce qui Ã©tait le cas), je ne pouvais continuer le retour en ligne du vÃ©hicule; Le vÃ©hicule nous a Ã©tÃ© remis avec 1/4 de lâ€™essence au lieu dâ€™Ãªtre plein, ce qui rend le retour plutÃ´t difficile pour mettre lâ€™essence adÃ©quatement
4HOURS TO GET TO THE TRUCK!!!It was an awful experience!! After 3 HOURS we finally had a man (customer service) who helped us through!! One of the previous clerk was so rude as she sighed and even hung up the phone on us!!!! Even had to change location to get the truck!!! In all, was horrible experience!!
The self service mobile app is great, but the website is often very slow and uploading pictures with Android doesn't work which defeats the purpose (and it's very frustrating)

I would recommend not booking back to back reservation with no time gap in between. Other than that, it was great.
It took over an hour to get my truck. The self service was not working. The representative agent on site did not know how to help me. He hald to walk back and forth to talk to his manager who finally agreed to talk to me after 45 minutes of time waisted. Then we finally got a call to confirm the reservation but the agent didnâ€™t speak French so she hung up on my sister and I had to re-do the whole signing in again. Over all very poor customer service experience.
The apps didn't work to pick up the truck.. I had to use the browser to make it happen. It didn't want to accept my selfie to proceed. I lost a good 35 minutes because of it.
The online website for pick up of truck is a bit confusing. The truck was not located in the spot shown in the extra tiny picture (we should be able to enlarge the picture). I also had hard time finding the truck number. The description said it's located on bottom left side. Why not just have a picture of where it's located? Anyways, it took me almost 30min to pick up the truck, a bit too long but not the fault of the people working in this facility.
