The pickup location was supposed to be open at 9:30am for pickup. The employee showed up at 9:50am causing us to be late to meet our help lined up to assist with our move. No apology for being late. Acted clueless about any questions we had. Did not come out to do walk around or check vehicle. Just told us to refer to text message of agreement/contract on phone. The drivers compartment of the truck had an overwhelming smell of marijuana present to the point of almost making you nauseous. Overall terrible experience at this facility.
BRIAN C.First the guy Cameron working I believe was sleeping everything I went in for help. My furniture clothes were no in the truck then the Cameron guy walked the property 40 mins looking for them then told me I had to drive to another location to get them. I went to that location which is on telegraph in Monroe mi then when I arrived there the general manager was very very very rude and gave me so much trouble to pick up these blankets. Total bullcrap
