I had a little confusion about how much gas to replace so I just filled the truck up. Later I read in the document I only needed to put 5/8 of a tank back in the gas tank. It was there for me to read, but perhaps if the clerk had mentioned it, it could have save me a little money. Other than that, the truck was great, the service provided by the clerk was good, and I would use the service again.

I rented a van for one day and dropped it off a few hours after picking up the items I required the rental for. When I received my final bill I was charged for two days. The associate wasnt able to refund the extra day which included the damage waiver and said it would have to be processed thru corporate. I did receive the 19.99 credit to my credit card but didnt get the $10 damage insurance for the second day reimbursed. I tried calling 2 times while on vacation but noone answered. I just gave up trying to get the 10 back that should have never been charged in the first place. Wont recommend this location to anyone and personally wont go back.

No muss, no fuss. Friendly and efficient representative. My only improvement would be to have a dolly available as one was not available for me upon picking up the vehicle.

The agent should walk with customer before signing the contract to ensure all the information is correct and walk with customer again when they returned the truck if someone choose to use agent and not mobile pickup/drop off. My mile out was wrong and I was charged for not filling up the gas used when I returned the truck. My entire trip is about 33 miles after mapping it out. I calculated that I used about 2.5 gallons so I added 3 gallons at the Royal Farms before returning the truck. I was upset to see I was charge for fuel charge the next morning when I receive the final receipt. I returned the truck early and asked the agent to come out and check me out and she said, I will get it later. I don't know if it was to hot or simply the agent is lazy. I think this agent should be retrain or replace with someone who will take pride in the job. The old lady I had when I first rent the truck at this location. She was great and took pride in her job. We reserved a 26' truck, two weeks in advance, but when we went to pick it up they told us the truck wasn't there. They gave us a 15' truck instead causing us to make more trips than needed.

I was very disappointed that I made the reservation a week ahead of time and received a text the day before confirming my reservation of a truck, blankets and an appliance dolly. When I went to pick them up, I was told that they dont have any blankets or an appliance dolly. I am 61 and we had to move a washer and dryer by hand, I would not recommend UHaul to anyone.

It had taken 1HOUR 1HOUR! To use the online check in. 1HOUR!! Why did I have to wait until check in to send a photo? I could have done that at the same time I uploaded my license. Why did I have to enter my license again? Almost all the info at day of pick up you had when I reserved, and set up account info? Terrible online check in process!!! Never again!!!! It would have been better to go in later and deal with a person and checked in, I am sure that would only take 10-15 minutes.
