Having drop offs closer to the locations that are requested. I had to drive 30 minutes from my new apartment for the drop off when there was a location 10 minutes from my house and it ended up being the reason I was charged an additional fee which I did not receiver any support with when I called in. They charged my card without letting me dispute my case. The equipment and pick up were just fine. Overall, not satisfied with the final part of the process.

I have rented from this location in the past and have had good and bad experiences. One time the visor fell off on me while driving down the highway which could have been dangerous. This time the truck was clean but the windshield was very dirty on the inside. Also, the person who took my reservation made a mistake and thought I was only renting the truck from 6:00 PM till midnight. I told him I needed it for 24 hours. I got a call just before 8:00 AM from Bill who was asking me why I had not returned the truck and needed me to return it right away. I explained that I had the truck until 6:00 PM that day and he was very rude to me about returning it. Not a great customer experience for me.

The drop off process was cumbersome. It would help if the store personnel could identify drop off customers as they walk in and notify the employees handling drop offs. Why should drop off customers wait in the line with pickup customers?

Great location very helpful only issue is that followed the gas regiment for refills had a 1/8 tank before dropping off estimated refill is 16 gallons so naturally i put 16 gallons truck fills up completely full so their deal is no reimbursement for overfill but clearly i followed their rule of thumb

After a tremendous amount of issues online, the store associates were absolutely fantastic. Just fyi, the website should allow customers to search trucks regardless of location. It's a pain in the ass having to search every single location in the vicinity for the truck I need, versus what would be the most optimal search; where you search by - for ex. A 26' truck, it would be a hell of a lot easier to search for that truck and see the nearest locations with it available. As it stands you literally have to search throigh every single location and hope they even have the truck you need. It's the digital age, there is no reason the system shouldn't know exactly what truck is where. Also, get rid of your call center, I booked & confirmed at 26' truck and when I went to the location, 5 other customers where having the exact same problem and we're unknowingly downgraded to 10' trucks because the call center was only concerned with making the sale. The only thing that serves is to piss tthe customer off and making issues for store associates who have to deal with the fall out. Get your electronic side in order u hual, because if it wasn't for the store associates my family would never use your company/rental service again - they were the only good part of the experience.

They had me waiting for about 2 hours i was their the 10/28 and a tall gurl i think her name is spelled makina, told me i was all set for my reservation storage and truck rental, go their on monday, and nothing was done noone knew what was going on, she told ne to get their at 8am she would be their at that time and it was almost 11am when i left and she was still not their very irresponsible

Reserved a 26" truck on-line 10/23 for pick up on 10/30. I started making calls 10/27 to be sure that one would be available, come to find out that there were known in the entire area, with NO call from U-Haul. Glad I took it upon myself to verify availability, wound up calling multiple locations and finally found a 17' truck!

I had initially requested a 20 ft. truck I was given a 10 ft truck, I incurred in additional cost, now i have to rent the truck and pay for additional people to help me move. This makes it very hard.

The only comment I have is about the layout. It is easy to get in and out of but when you go around through the equipment return, the way the vehicles were parked made it difficult to get around.

The manager was very friendly and helpfull. She was training a new employee when we were picking up the truck and he to was very friendly. You could tell she was training him right. We received excellent customer service from pick up to stop off which is much appreciated since moving is a stressful time.

Your booking system is absolutely horrible. I booked two trucks and verified them both on a Wednesday for Friday pick up. Went to the original place that I booked the truck for and the vehicles were not there. The MiddleTown location was great but your booking process is a total shit show and should be reviewed. This past week cost me hundreds of dollars because I was not able to pick up my vehicle on Friday. I have had several problems with the online system and the most of it is my follow up email that most of the time I never get. I am very reluctant to use uhaul in the future because of the stress and headaches that is not necessary if a system were in place that works. Employee couldn't figure out if I had been double charged or refunded. Actively complained about us purchasing moving materials. Forgot to give us utility dolly/blankets - we had to return to the store to get them. Did not clearly explain the time we needed to return the uhaul. Said it could be anytime Sunday, but then we were charged $60 for a late fee when we returned it before noon. Employee selected a drop off location that we could not use the next day, I had to call the regional office to get them to accept the uhaul at the recommended location.

Broken fuel gauge. Went total of 18miles, filled tank to starting point , ended up putting in 18gals. Was told that was normal to get 1-2 mpg.
