My family only drove your equipment for maybe 5-10miles and was charged $180 worth of gas. We called for an explanation, but no one offered to help.

Easiest part of the entire moving process was returning the truck at this location. There is a gas station on site to fill up so you don't have to drive extra miles to fill up before you return the truck. very convenient to just turn in the keys and walk away. Customer service was amazing & the attendant was very helpful.
Samantha HThe help at that store was not good and the explanation to fill the truck up with fuel after didn’t happen as well as taking 45 mins to rent. The signal for internet there is not good and I think U-Haul does a bad job equipping their third party vendors with info and ease for the customer
