For ATT customers we do not get good cell signal at this location so it took a long time for the app to complete its tasks, sometimes telling me the webpage couldn't be displayed. It was very frustrating when we were on a timeline. The truck ID numbers were not where the app said to look for them at the top right of the truck. We had to call Uhaul and the rep read the license plate to us so we could locate out truck. Other than that, the truck itself was fine.

I was told to return to this location, this location was closed for an entire week. The only good experience I had was with the young women who helped me check in equipment over phone, I think you call them area location consultants. She very polite and respectful and helpful.

Dropped the truck after hrs...Swept the truck & filled the tank... Was charged for cleaning & fuel...Manleys has that kind of reputation I should have known better than to drop off after hrs...Won't happen to me again...

Clerk told me to have it back by 11 am . I had it there at 11 am. She made the time on the contract 10:30 am and I was charged for a second day . They charged me for an appliance dolly and told me the day I rented it that “ that's about all we have “. I never got my dolly . They did take amount off but didn't apologize or explain why I didn't get it . Never will I got there again.

The issue was I selected the Knights Inn location in Gallipolis, OH. Apparently somewhere in the fine print it stated the truck would be in Middleport, which was over 30 miles round trip out of the way. If the location changes it should be BLANTANT and in your face at the time you order, or at least the fact that it could change. An email several days after the fact doesn't cut it. I rated the locations as good bc it's not their fault the website is misleading. I won't be renting from uhaul again for this misleading business practice.

I was charged for insurance I didn't want, he didn't know how to fix it was at the location for 45 min to pick up vehicle repeating the same information over and over again ! Didn't have the size truck I reserved it was a mess!!!!

i had a set of mattresses in the truck that somehow got wet,it was leaned up against the place that you puy boxes over cab of truck,they dried out but left a stain,we did hit rain on the trip.but i didnt think truck would leak,forgot to tell uhaul place where i dropped truck off.
