I reserved a 26 foot truck. Was contacted by uhaul the day before to confirm and even had my pickup time pushed back an hour to make sure my requested vehicle would be there. When I arrived the only truck they had on site was a 20 foot truck. Having to settle for a smaller truck than reserved at the same price was absolutely ridiculous. I thought for sure I had a guarantee from uhaul but I must have been mistaken.Caleb D.

Rented from here twice and both times requested a Dooley. Did not get one either time. Also asked for furniture pads this time. Didn't get those either. Called location and was told if you use the 24/7 and pickup on days they are closed, they don't put them in ahead of time. They also told me that they don't always have the equipment there anyway. The website is absolutely ridiculous and the "live chat" takes FOREVER to get a reply. The customer service person was.... Well, terrible and has no idea to do her job. I spent more time trying to get the online stuff to go through than what I did moving everything I own. Next time I'll pay friends to move my thingsMarjorie B.

This comment is not a reflection on Manleys Recycling in particular, but the online experience I had renting a U-Haul. I was trying to rent a 10' truck in Athens, OH but none were available, so I ended up renting a 15' truck, as multiple locations had them available. I drove down to Athens to pick up the truck and I received a phone call from U-Haul telling me there are no U-Hauls available anywhere Athens, despite what was showing up online. The only option we had was to drive 40 minutes to Middleport to get a 26' vehicle. It was quite disconcerting to have to deal with the situation.David G.

If the lights are not working on a trailer be willing to wave the fee for dropping it off at a different location since at that point it is unsafe to pull...Shawn K.
For ATT customers we do not get good cell signal at this location so it took a long time for the app to complete its tasks, sometimes telling me the webpage couldn't be displayed. It was very frustrating when we were on a timeline. The truck ID numbers were not where the app said to look for them at the top right of the truck. We had to call Uhaul and the rep read the license plate to us so we could locate out truck. Other than that, the truck itself was fine.Teresa S.

I was told to return to this location, this location was closed for an entire week. The only good experience I had was with the young women who helped me check in equipment over phone, I think you call them area location consultants. She very polite and respectful and helpful.Dee Dee Z.

Clerk told me to have it back by 11 am . I had it there at 11 am. She made the time on the contract 10:30 am and I was charged for a second day . They charged me for an appliance dolly and told me the day I rented it that â€œ that's about all we have â€œ. I never got my dolly . They did take amount off but didn't apologize or explain why I didn't get it . Never will I got there again.Jason L.
