Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulThe staff both when picking up and returning the vehicle were fantastic. I had initially a different location set on Beaver Bank Rd but when I got there to pick up the vehicle the keys were not in the lock box so UHaul office made arrangements to pick up another vehicle which was at Maroon Hill Convenience. The staff were very accommodating and provided excellent service ensuring all my needs were met. Returning the vehicle was especially easy and again the staff couldn't be nicer.
Stephen HIt’s stated that the truck pickup is at 1622 Sackville Drive, but the truck was located next door at 1624, and behind the building so it took me a while to find it. They also do not have the ability to accommodate self check in, so despite going through the entire process on the app which takes time- I still had to go into the location, which again was next door and around the front. This was inconvenient because I could’ve saved myself from that entire trip by just going into the store to begin with. Once I had the keys, the truck only had 1/8 of a tank of gas in it, meaning I needed to fuel up before using it. That’s very inconvenient. This entire process was much more complicated than past experiences with U Haul.

Jeanette TThey said we didn’t put gas in the truck when we did and charged us for it again. Also we only drove it 8 miles so hardly any gas was used because we traded for a bigger truck. Also I had to call 2x to get my receipt. I’m very unhappy with U-Haul right now after all the service and money I spent and still spending over the last 2 weeks. If I didn’t have stuff in the container I would be sending them back too and going to another company. From a PO’D customer
