We received the best customer service from Ashley Stafford and Leif Grieshop that day. We were running late and were talking to a customer service rep on the phone to try and see if we could do the after hours pick up. While we were trying to see if the arrangements would be possible or not, Ashley came outside and asked if we needed any help. When we told her our situation, she and Leif agreed to help us inside. They were very friendly about it and were a "life-saver" for us since we were trying to start moving that night. Every time I have been to this location I have had nothing but friendly and courteous service. Thank you Ashley and Leif for being so accommodating that evening even though we were late and I'm sure you wanted to get home.

I did note that during the torrential downpour this UHaul was in that water did get in through what appeared to be the top of the truck (the walls were wet), and a few of my items got wet, but I haven't had time to assess for further damage. I would definitely want to ensure that the next customer would not have to worry about the items in the UHaul getting wet. Other than that, the staff was great and very kind and met all of my needs and that was greatly appreciated. :-)

Very helpful and friendly staff. Was impressed that the employees remembered me when I returned the trailer, even down to what I was using it for. Nice, helpful folks. Only downside was the employee smoking while hooking up the trailer.

Rented 5x8 enclosed trailer to move our daughter 1000 miles away. Some type of Black greasy substance was in the trailer but was not noticeable until unloading half way across the country. It was all over all of our furniture, lamps & shades, canvas pictures, wood frames if artwork, feet on any item directly on trailer floor and anything touching the rubber bumpers on the trailer walls. It ruined and stained so many of our items. We did cover things with blankets but it didn’t matter. The black residue got on everything. We did not think we would need to thoroughly scrub down the inside of the trailer before using it. I am so angry this happened to us. It has made the move miserable due to the amount of extra time it has taken to scrub & clean everything. And many of our items are just ruined!! We have to move her back at the end of summer and U-Haul will not likely be where we get our next trailer.

Notified employees about the 26 foot Uhaul that every time you hit a bump/pot hole the truck's front end would steer away from going straight.

The customer service representative told my daughter and I that our Visa cards were denied. We are African Americans. A Caucasian woman came in after us and she had no problem at all. We both checked our cards and we had more than enough money in our accounts. To improve on customer service, you should not hire racist people. I have used Uhaul many times before and never had a problem. After I got on my phone to call your 1-800#, the customer service worker than decided to put in my card manually and it worked. The truck I received was in poor condition. the shocks were very bad.

Make sure employees can read a gas gauge. The kid who checked in the truck marked as not being brought back with the correct amount of fuel. I was charged $32. Still has not posted back to my bank card yet.

On Sunday, there was a long time of customers waiting to be served. But, there were only 2 U-Haul customer service reps. Even though, they tried to do the best they could, but it would be great if U-Haul would staff better (i.e. more staff) for the date when there are lots of customers.

There was also a discrepancy in our contract they printed at our pick up location and the woman here assisted and took care of us very well. All people here were wonderful.
