Tim Nga C.For the pickup process using application, it takes 2 hours waiting with the support to pickup which i loose time and efforts, Application and overall gateway response need to be revised.
Waleed G.It took 1.5 hours just to take the uhaul the App was not responding properly. I had to call customer service and they also were not able to help properly. The Truck was in bad condition. Brakes were not working fine, the Gas was also almost empty when we picked up. The windshield of driver's seat was broken and was scary while driving as it was falling off again and again
