I was just upset because I was charged for a utility dolly and there was no utility dolly in my uhaul. I was still charged for this - this is not the first time this has happened. Inconvenience.

The truck had its check engine light on and the steering was grossly out of alignment, the truck pulls hard to the right to the point it's dangerous to drive. I am not concerned about aesthetics or comfort but safety should not be compromised and this truck was unsafe.

This was the best experience I have ever had in renting a vehicle. Service was fast, efficient, and friendly. The service people were fantastic. when I pick-up the truck the items I had rent were not inside and I had to wait the next day to pick up, so I had to cancelled my first contract to make sure I didn't get charge for and re do a new one and for me that's a waste of time and money

The only problem was I was charged 3 gallons of Fule and only drove 12 miles. Either get trucks that get better Fule mileage or figure it out better!

I was very bothered by the fact that after doing the reservation online, I was asked via phone app, to upload my drivers license again, more contact info, work info, another form of ID. If not for on site representative I wold not have been to get the van i filled out the paperwork for.was afraid I wasn't going to be able to sue the van for the van. Not happy. Unsire i ill use U-Haul again in the summer to move my son back into college.

The location wasn't open when we dropped off the truck but the process of doing so remotely was impossible. If you didn't have technological experience it would have been impossible. The location services on my phone weren't working and there were no clear directions on where to leave our keys.

There was snow all over the vehicle. It took us almost 2 hours to get the snow off. I also never received my contract through my email. I had to co tact customer service to retrieve it and I had to contact them to get the lock box code. There was a bunch of wasted time. I am supposed to get $50 for my reservation not being ready, and I never received it.

Everything was good. The guy that helped me was friendly. The floor in the cabin was a little dirty, sand and stuff on it. The truck bed I had to sweep out leaves and some dirt before loading up. Not crazy dirty but had to be swept.. I didn't care though. That didn't bother me at all. I took pictures and as long as I'm not charged to clean it (which I wasnt) then it's all good.

Provide the vehicle with a full tank of gas. Mine was just above 1/4 of a tank full when I got it. It's an inconvenience that you have to worry whether you have enough gas to make it to your destination.

Really nice owner at SuperCars. The whole experience was fast and easy. This was my first time using a UHaul location other than the one on Rte 1 in Edison (which is also great). I wouldn't hesitate to use this SuperCars location again.

The fuel indicator on the truck was just below half mark when I picked up the the truck. I topped up the gas to 1/2 on return but I was changed to 2 Gallons. Wrong information was stated by the location on fuel indication. This is to do with rental location.. I tried to rent a truck from this location previously ans had bad experience.

I didn't bother about cleanliness of the equipment & truck. Now I received an intimation saying that there was a toll violation for the rented truck whereas I never went onto any toll road. Also, I did return the truck with 1/2 tank full (I got the truck with less than 1/2)

Rental was scheduled for 8:30. I think I actually got the car at 9:45. I went through the steps on the app (which was glitchy) and got to the point where it told me how to retrieve the key. The key was not in the lock box where is was supposed to be. The location for pickups hours are stated as 8am-6pm. No one was there to assist me until after 9:30. The truck was covered in ice and snow which I had to clean off after I finally got into the truck. The furniture pads and dolly which I requested (and was charged for) were missing.

WE oreder a uhaul for a 4pm pick up, at 3:45 the manager called to inform s that it is not at this location, and informed us that we would need to go to a further location, which was a massive inconvenience. On top of that, they did not have the furniture dolly that we requested, simply stating " oh I dont have that." I am moving and needed that dolly pretty badly. We still have not received a receipt for out order, and he charged us for the dolly, and insurance which we did not need. Overall a very frustrating experience, and poorly managed. I will not be using this location in the future.

My family has utilized U-Haul many times through the years and as recently as 2 weeks prior to this current use. My issue with U-Haul is always the customer service. It was our first time using the location in Metuchen, NJ. The experience was by far better than any other location I've ever used. The customer service was above reproach and the speed of getting in and out on the front and back end of the rental was unmatched. I will try to rent from this location whenever I need a U-Haul in the future.

The pick up process took around 45 minutes. The app kept saying it couldn't determine my location. I called uhaul several times with long wait so I called in Spanish, thankfully I'm bilingual and the rep was very nice and helpful. She explained I needed to allow the location not just from Safari but also the app itself. All else was great just the pick up due to app issues.

Personnel didnt wear masks. Personnel couldn't use my pre-check in either. I had to do the check in again..inside. They couldn't provide the equipment I had requested. I rented an Appliance Dolly that they couldn't give me. They had no U-Haul dolly to provide in fact! The Van I was renting was never cleaned. UHaul advertises CoVid 19 clean up between users. Nothing was done to my van. This was admitted by the agent. He went to the van to see if the dolly was still in the van...cause in his words "it hasn't been touched since it was dropped off." It had coffee spills on the dash. Dirt and business fliers in the back. U-Haul turned around and has tried to charge me for the Dolly and for a cleaning!

Overall the online interface felt very disconnected both during renting and returning the trailer. The online process had multiple independent links coming to me as text messages and never felt well connected from the uhaul main site. The user experience was very poor. Things should feel flowing continuously from renting to return process, all through one main site uhaul.com

The van I picked up had several large cracks in the windshield that actually grew as the day went on. Additionally, when I made the reservation I estimated that I would be driving 100 miles. I did not drive that many miles but was charged for 100 miles nevertheless. Even as I am typing this, I am on hold waiting for customer service and have been for 15 minutes. It's pretty clear that no one will pick up this line. I will be discussing my dissatisfaction on social media.

Very flexible and helpful in a pinch. I had a rental van pick-up scheduled at the Edison location for 8 am. I received a message that they facility would not open until 9 am. The time was now 8:10. I was then sent to the Metuchen location as they were already open and had a van available. All went very smooth for short notice. I am very grateful for the flexibility and hospitality. Thank you very much!
