The size truck reserved three weeks in advance and confirmed online right up to the morning of pick up was not available. I was told "we won't be doing your rental today because we don't have that size" I insisted I must have a truck; and he called his boss. Boss said give her a 15' (20 was reserved) What we got was Not even 15. The dollys reserved we were told, were Not available. I was told it was all Handled and when I asked for paperwork, he said I "emailed" the receipt. I could not open it on my phone; when I got back and was able to open it on my computer, it was three times the amount quoted originally and Here Is The Worst Part I considered speaking to an attorney about, someone had FORGED my signature on it!!! The next day when I spoke to the BP station owner Robert, he made it right on the price and I have been too busy to think about it again while moving. I gave 2 stars instead of One for Poor, because he did correct the charges and offered for me to keep the truck, for an extra day. We did not; we returned albeit one hour 45 minutes later than expected but that was due to its size. However I did have an additional expense for the moving help because of the added trip needed due to its smaller size. I am Still Very Disappointed in my Overall experience and VERY UPSET someone decided it was okay to FORGE my signature.

RICHARD TEverything was worked easily and without delay. Truck available short notice, clean and in great shape. Attendants helpful and concerned that all went well. Great work from those at this location!
Scott PThe whole experience was good but I was double charged. I was charged on the day I rented it and again on the day I returned it.
