I put gas in the vehicle upon return as instructed by the attendant on duty , but was still charged, .69 a mile for gas. I would like to be contacted about how to go about getting refunded for the gasoline charge.

Antonio MPaying for mileage AND gas tripled the price of a two hour rental. Increase your price and offer unlimited mileage. It would be more transparent.

JOSE MI will know when I receive my CC monthly statement what I was charged as I didn't get a receipt. The agent was anxious to rent to a new customer on my return. I have no reason to think there is a problem but we will see.
Bill ILow tire warning was on, was told hot to put air into tires as they would remove message, but that never happened. Dangerous to drive vehicle with low air in rear tires. Vehicle also pulled hard to the right.
Gary KTruck steering was shot, above 50 mph shaking all over. Multiple small spiders (8-20) inside. Store- it's a gas station, average is average. Staff was great though.
