Manager isn’t attentive to customers, staff can be very rude at times, guy that retrieved the van barely speaking English properly and very loud talking and rude to say the least, I’m trying to inspect the vehicle he’s rushing me along, speaking Spanish which I don’t speak, this is typical experience at this location... if customers return vehicles without filling up the tank and U-Haul charges $4 per gallon if they refill the tank, why isn’t the tank on full when renting to new customers? Shouldn’t be on 3/4 tank when new customers are renting vehicles.

After a long tiered someday when arriving at U-Haul Moving & Storage of Doral 8700 NW 77th Crt Medley, FL 33166 The guys took a very long time to inspect the vehicle so I came out of the truck and went into the office to get some help. While in the office Cinthy a Portuondo the customer service representative had a nasty attitude with me. I was asking her for assistance, she told me with an attitude I'm on my lunch break and continue eating. After getting serve I ask her to explain the charges on my invoice, she told me with a nasty attitude again Just look on the paper and that will show you what you are a charge for. This is not the right job for Cinthy a Portuondo and needs disciplinary action ASAP.I'm also a visitor and a high ranking consultant.

Only thing that was needed in my opinion was one or two extra helping hands to get the equipment staged. But then again I had only scheduled my reservation 1 hour and thirty minutes before pick-up. Otherwise your customer service representative and site staff were on point to assist as possible.

This location did not come close to what we normally expect from Uhaul. they dropped the ball in several areas. Without giving specific names several employees were disorganized for the most part and only offered help when I took out my phone and started to record my bad experience. I hooked up a 6x12 open in the cold and rain by myself. Only to be told that I was not to take that one and that the person in charge of helping me was on break and I should have waited. When returning to complete the transaction the girl who I first started with apparently left for the evening passing me to the next guy. Whom was very frustrated at the person who was supposed to load my trailer. There was an altercation and the guy told the salesman that he was on break etc. Another guy showed up to back up the guy who was on break. I asked that person to see the manager and was told there was no manager until tomorrow. I was instructed to return back out into the rain and park the trailer i had hooked up and the loader would come take it off and take me to the "camper" trailer. I did as I was directed and the loader pulled up next to me and did nothing this is when Ii took out my camera and began to record. I will submit a copy of the recording over to the general manager for review. It was a very bad look for Uhaul. I suggested use of that trailer to Club Royal Motos for their annual bike ride and was very disappointed.

The service at this location was horrible. The clerks receiving the truck tried to charge me for gas when I had filled then tank above the required level. The gas level was clearly higher than the required. I told the receiver clerk and made him look. I thought he wasn't going to charge, but at checkout to finalize the drop-off, the charge was there. I complained and the charge was taken off. After getting my storage unit, the clerk didn't bother showing us where it was located given that it's a really big U-Haul store. I just got a map and was told where it was on the map. The unit has a beam run through it too, so I'm not able to take advantage of all the available space. To top it off, we were not told the loading bays closed at 7:00 PM and it was almost 6:15 PM when we started the move to the storage unit. We found out by another customer dropping off items to their unit. A little more empathy and friendliness goes a long way when a customer has been running around through no fault of his own trying to complete their move.
