Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulWhen I picked up the uplines dolly they said didn't have any at the time of picking up the rental truck. Aren't we obligated to give them the information in advance? I was delayed 45 minutes by having to go the dealership on Gettysburg Road to pick it up. This was inconvenient me

SK MHad an 8am rental but the keys were not put in the lockbox for us so we had to wait until 9am for the shop to open to get the keys. The check in and check out process is also very cumbersome and takes longer than expected. The app did not work for check in so I had to call customer service. The support person I spoke with was very helpful so I definitely want to give kudos to her. The cabin of the truck had leftover takeout with food still in it. I had thrown it away before realizing I needed to take a photo, but it was clearly not cleaned out after the prior use. Truck ran fine, no issue there. Overall I was not very happy with the experience. Will look for alternatives in the future most likely.
Nicholas LThis place is a dive...the parking area is disgusting and overgrown. Next to impossible to get the pictures I needed for check in. The store itself stunk and when I walked in the people in there made me feel like I wasn't welcomed. Terrible experience...and on top of that, my booking was changed multiple times and the final place it told me to pick up was not correct and I wasted about 30 minutes. Worst Uhaul experince of my life.
