When I dropped off, the staff just told where to put it. They didn't come out to check it, had nothing for me to sign. They just said to leave it there. Before I left I went on the uhaul website to then find out about the self check-in. It would have been appreciated if the staff at Alex's Gas Bar told me of that process. It didn't feel right just dropping and leaving it there. Not all people have data either and if this was the case for me then there would have been no 'proof' that I returned it. This process was a little uncomfortable.

The truck was not prepared thete was very little gas. The drop off location was not clearly marked nor was there a designated key drop off box. I had rented a Bristol truck the week before and my experience was excellent and the vehicle clean and well represented. I paid a bit more bit it was so worth it. Communication was not friendly or helpful at any point. I regretted my decision almost right away.

don't just send a text for a confirmation. call the customer to see if he/she if the options being offered are adequate, at this last minite x. realizing that the customer has planned out every step of the move, and are under a great deal of stress., be considerate not just think ( no more work needs to be done, we have their money). more consideration should be given to the customer's needs!. thank you for allowing me to express my frustration/feed back.

We felt ripped off, due to no Kilometers included in price, and could not opt out of extra insurance. On inspection gas and mileage was incorrect to what service provider had on contract, but he corrected as soon as we brought it to his attention before moving vehicle. What started off as a $19.95 rental became $98 in just 6 hours and only 46 miles. Very disappointed!!!!

UHaul should have some sort of tarp or cover for open trailers. I have rented two auto transports, and the snow and ice has to be broken away before the trailer can be used. The one time, it took five tries to load an AWD car, because the wheels would slip on the ice on the ramps.

I had wanted to pick up at 7a.m I called confirmed the week before also have a email saying it was confirmed then I recived a texted at 630 pm the night before the move saying a 1030 a.month pick up. So I called and they switch it. And I said the pick up office is closed so how are they going to put the key in the self pick up box. They assured me it would be there. Not to my surprise it was not at 7. They lady who was in at 8 was very friendly and helpful.

You should reduce the inconvenience by letting your customer know the rental availability more than 12 hrs prior to pickup. We recieved a phone message the same day of the pickup time and we were already 200 Km away looking for a trailer.
