I rented a 5x8 enclosed trailer to tow one way from Maysville, KY to Nitro, WV with a hand truck.. The agent charged me $63.60. I picked up the trailer Saturday Aug 31. I dropped the trailer at the U-Haule dealer in Nitro WV on September 1st. On September 3rd I received a notice from a U-Haul dealer in Michigan City, IN that that my trailer was late and I would be charged an additional fee of $20.00 late fee. My contract shows the Maysville to Nitro trip. On my credit card it shows the original charge of $63.60. Then they refunded the $63.60 amount and charged me $98.58. Then a few days later they charged my account for the $20.00 late fee. Now they have refunded me the $20.00 plus tax for the late fee. They have not refunded the difference between $98.58 and the tru cost of $63.60. $34.80
