Service representative underestimated mileage causing a 35.00 up charge and extra charge for being 1/16 under in gas. This was 50$ extras were frivolous as I began with 3/8 of a tank of gas . Representative said that was all I needed to go to destination.

Deana DThe only thing I would suggest would be to make sure the return process is explained better. We were told to call the 800 number after we return to the drop off location. We took our own photos, returned the key and then customer service explained that with need to follow prompts in the app to return which wasn’t a very good explanation as it wouldn’t load. Once we got in we were asked to take photos with the vehicle on. We were unable to do that because it was unclear before we returned the key and it doesn’t allow photos to be uploaded from your camera roll if you have taken your own. Otherwise, picking the rental up was quick and easy. It was clean and drove well.

I returned the equipment yesterday at 6:30 pm, it is now 11:15pm the following day and my 60 dollars has not. Even returned to me. This is unacceptable

Jeffrey WI’m a pregnant woman and had the help of 2 people just because I was 7 minutes late of the original time they over charged my card $68. Mind you it had to be dropped off on a Sunday at 2pm it was 2:07pm when I pulled up there trying to back it up!!! Just horrible people if you ask me a pregnant woman with a 3 year old at that doing what she can and only 7 mins late. Yeah never again
